~Still Daniel's POV~
It's been about 4 days. I haven't left Anna's side much. If I do It's to use the bathroom. I haven't seen Lacey nor Landon, and that's because of covid restrictions.
It's been so weird. I haven't heard her voice since the crash. And all I heard from her were screams. And god it breaks me. I wish I was the one hurt, not her.
I haven't ate. I haven't slept. All I can do is think the worst and cry.
"You know you can leave this room right?" the same nurse that has been checking in on Anna, said
"Mhm"
"Then why don't you?" She asked
"Because I don't want to leave her side" I said looking away from Anna, and over to the nurse
"Do you want food? I can get some from the cafeteria for you" she offered
"I'm not hungry"
"You've gotta be" she argued
"I'm not hungry." I stated
She nodded and walked out of the room
I looked back over to Anna, my eyes starting to water right as I look at her
"God Anna, please wake up" I said out loud
I pulled out my phone and dialed Tates number
"Hey Daniel what's up?"
"Hey Tate, are you in LA right now" I asked
"Yep"
"Anna's in the hospital"
"W-what?" She said as her voice cracked
It went silent until I heard a sob from her end
"Can you come to the hospital..? Sit with us?"
"Yeah, I'll be there in a few Daniel. Stay strong." And then she hung up.
Silence.. my worst enemy.

I heard a small knock on the door
"Come in" I said as my voice broke
Tate walked in and her hand when right to her mouth
"Is she sleeping?" She whispered
"I wish that was it" I breathed, "she's in a co-coma"
"W-wow.."
She came over and stood next to me
"She was pregnant again, once again had another miscarriage and it's all my fault"
"Oh my gosh." "Daniel it isn't your fault, don't think that"
"But I already am Tate, this has eaten at me for the last 4 days" I spoke
"This happen 4 days ago..?" She asked
"Tate I- yeah it did. I probably should've told you sooner, but it has truly fucked my head up. I thought you would like to know. And right now I have no idea if she'll wake up." I cried
