I can let it all out,
I hope that day comes soon.
My heart beats faster than usual,
My breathing becomes heavy.
Anxiety takes over.
I shut everyone out.
Lies roam around freely,
As the truth hides beneath me.
Unable to utter the thoughts,
Their presence becomes uneasy.
Every action feels agonizing,
Every touch feels unpleasant.
When and where?
It all went wrong
I wish I was strong.
