10. When will I see you again?

IRENE

We finished ordering food, enough to feed a whole army. We went back to the living area and decided to restart the movie so everyone could watch. It was a great movie, so Irene didn't mind. However, instead of focusing on the movie, it turned into a whole "embarrass Jin and make him blush" thing.

"Noona, just at look at hyung's face," Jungkook says as he pauses the movie showing an unflattering view of Jin, with his eyes half closed. "He thinks he's so handsome." and laughs out loud. Jin hears this and says, "Lies! Even with my face like that, I'm still handsome." He retorts confidently.

Irene admits that, although she's laughing along, she could not deny that Jin is handsome, at any angle really.

Hoseok looks at her apologetically, "Sorry about these two, Irene-ssi. They are always loud when they are together."

"I don't mind. My members are also the same." She replies. Hoseok is nice, especially with a smile constantly on his face. She has encountered him many times before, as a guest on the HopeWorld radio show. She thinks he's nice, however, they have never really hung out outside work. "Oh, by the way, you can speak to me casually." She adds, to make him more comfortable.

She saw how that delighted Hoseok, "Really? I will call you noona then." Hoseok declares.

Jin comes back from the kitchen with some drinks, and asks Jungkook, "When are the others coming? Are they all coming together?" Jungkook was about to answer when the door opened, and four people came in so naturally, like they're so used to it.

"Jungkook-ah, did you order some food already? I'm starving!!" Taehyung yells as he removes his shoes. Jimin does the same and says, "I texted him so they probably have." They came out the hallway and was frozen seeing Irene in the living space of Jin's apartment. She waved at the two, giving them a shy smile.

"What are the two of you doing standing there? Get out of the way?" Yoongi says as he walks towards the two followed by Namjoon. He looks at four in front of the TV and sees Irene. His eyes widen, "Noona! What are you doing here?" He then looks at Jin and said, "Did we just interrupt your date?"

Irene blushed, when Yoongi mentions the word date. She was sure this wasn't a date, and that Jin was being a nice person by showing her the movie he worked so hard on. Embarrassed, she put her hands up in protest, and with wide eyes said, "No, we were just watching the movie. His movie!" She then looked at Jin, asking for his help. As she signaled him to help her, she saw a slight tinge of disappointment in his eyes. No, surely, she was just imagining things.

"Yoongi-yah, stop embarrassing noona. She was here to critique my movie you know." Jin responds smoothly as he ushers the four of them in the living room. Irene breathes a sigh of relief.

"By the way" Irene starts, "I thought you were out with Wendy tonight?" she asks Yoongi.

"Ah, yes, I met her before this and had dinner. Don't worry, I dropped her off at the dorm safe and sound."

Irene smiles at that. She had known Yoongi for what seems like forever, and she knows he's a good guy. She then remembers to greet the rest of the group, standing up, saying hello to Namjoon, Taehyung and Jimin. The four then greets that owner of the house, while shooting knowing smiles at each other.

Namjoon comes up to her and gives her a half hug, which she is used to because they are quite close coming from the same label. "Noona, didn't expect you to be here! I hope you don't get annoyed by these weirdos." He then whispers in her ear, "Don't worry, I won't tell the others that you were here." She was a little worried that people might found about her being here at Jin's place, but she knows that Namjoon is trustworthy. She shoots a grateful smile towards him.
