Chapter 21

Lisa's Pov.

I growl in disappointment when  my  phone sounds, I picked it up and answered while my eyes were still closed because I was still sleepy.

"dada good morning open the camera I want to see you."
My eyes automatically opened when I heard my Daughter’s voice.

I immediately sat on the bed smiling and opened my camera.

"good morning baby, how was your sleep?"
I asked my daughter lively, i suddenly felt like recharging just hearing her voice.

"I'm having a hard time falling asleep dada, because I am honestly upset that you're not here, I miss you but i'm okay now that i talk to you."
She answered me while pouting.

I can't help but giggle, I feel like I see the little version of myself in her.

"I miss you and your mommy too, honey. sorry if we have to separate again but I promise it's only temporary, when I get back there I'll take you and mommy with me, how about that? Anyway where is she now?"
I asked her as I fixed my hair,
oh God I missed them.

" It's okay dada, i understand. Your asking for Mommy? She's outside, you know what, mommy woke me up because she wanted me to call you. She missed you so much dah, but when you answered the phone she quickly left the room, I think she doesn't want to let you know that she misses you."
I can't help but giggle.

" Can you bring the phone to her, sweetie.?"

" Okay dada, wait a minute."

I smirk because of thinking  that Jennie missed me that much.

"hi babe good morning, why are you smiling like that."
She asked me when our daughter handed her the phone.

I  smirk thinking that she's acting as if she is not eager to talk to me.

"If you miss me that much ,why do you have to wake up our daughter if you can call me by yourself?"

I teased her as I moved my eyebrows.

I saw how her face turned red because of what I said.

"yahh, don't fool yourself I don't miss you."
She said  as she rolled her eyes, I laughed at her reaction.

"Admit it babe you missed me."
I continued to tease her.

" I hate  you."
She said as she rolled her eyes.

I know she is already annoyed .

"I love you."
I told her .

I smirked because she blushed.

"You're always teasing me, you're lucky that i love you."
She replied annoyingly but i know she's just pretending.

" that was fast ,I thought you hated me."
I tease  her more.

"arrrrr. I don't want to talk to you , LJ talk to your dada ."
She said irritably and handed the phone to our daughter .

I laughed at Jennie's reaction, she still doesn't change, now I'll think of another way for her not to get mad at me.

"Mommy and You are fighting? ."
My daughter asked innocently.

"no baby, we both love each other, dada just teased your mommy."
I replied to her she smiled.

"okay, i really miss you dada and i love talking to you but i'm hungry already, we're going to have breakfast i love you i miss you."
She said.

"i love you too baby,  please tell your mom that dada loves her so much and I miss you too  baby goodbye."
Lj turned off the call.

I shook my head while smiling.

I'm still happy  even though  they are far away from me, I know  that they are just there waiting for me to fix everything so that we can be together again.

I can't wait for those times to come, just imagining being with them every day of my life makes me happy.

I prepared myself to go to the Company, I had a lot of work to do, I had to organize everything first before I had to go to New Zealand to personally talk to my Father.

When I stepped in the company I saw how all the employees were organized when they saw me, they could see the fear on their faces.

"Good morning Ms. Manoban."
They greeted me lowly and bowed in respect.

their eyes widened as I let out a small smile at them. If the situation was the same as before, I would have ignored their greetings, but because of the good things that are happening in my life now, maybe it's okay to greet them too

"good morning."
I answered casually, and continued to walk to the elevator, I could see the shock on their faces as if they couldn't believe what had happened.

In the few years I have been working for this Company, the employees will only hear my voice when I am angry and when I have something important to say.

They don't see me smile, maybe that's the reason why when i suddenly greeted them back, all dropped their jaws in shock.

I arrived at my office and everyone in my department was surprised including my secretary, I could see in her face that she was shocked and confused at the same time.

I shook my head and ignored their reaction, how could I not stop myself from smiling when I remembered that I have my family?

What a great day.

I was busy with the papers I had to finish when Jisoo suddenly came in with a bit of a surprise, I smiled at her.

"The rumor throughout the company today is true."
She said while hair turned to smirk she sat on the couch in front of my table.

"And what's the talk all about ?"
I asked her as I continued to look at the papers.

"that the coldest CEO came in with a smile and greeted back her employees, it looks like the result of you, going to the Philippines is good."
She bluntly said while grinning like a fool.

"Yeah Jennie and I finally reconciled. I also met my daughter and she is so very happy that i'm her as a mom she even calls me dada. I'm so happy Jisoo, thank you so much, because of you, I found out the truth, but i still need to fix something about my dad."
I said sincerely as I leaned back in my chair.

"So your father is the real reason behind everything that happened to you Jennie before?"
She asked me.

"Yes, I need to talk to him,  and the  next day I will fly to New Zealand . I also want to talk to Jennie's family. I still want to formally ask for Jennie's hand  before we get married."
I told her she was surprised by what she heard.

I was serious about what I said.

"that fast. Get married right away."
She  tease me.

"Actually, I haven't asked her yet. Why do I have to wait any longer when we have two children soon , and besides we love each other."
I told her.

"right I'll support you. When will you bring them here? I want Jennie, to meet my girlfriend and I also want to introduce her to you and i'm excited to see the little Lisa."
She said .

"Soon, when I fix everything with my father."
I told her with a smile and she nodded.
