Jennie's Pov.

I'm here at the mall with Jason, because I want to find a gift for Lisa for our seventh wedding anniversary tomorrow.

"Jason, what do you think is a nice gift for lisa?"
I asked him, as we walked around the mall.

"you're the wife, why would you ask me."
He replied sarcastically.

I pinched him on his side.

"ouuch"
He cried out in pain

"What's the use of bringing you here if you don't want to help me."
I told him as I rolled my eyes.

"You know you've been very sadistic lately, do you have a period.?"
He asked while caressing the part I pinched.

I thought about what he said, I just noticed that I haven't had my period this month, I have a regular period if I haven't had a period meaning .

My eyes widened at the realization

"oh my god"
I said loudly as I covered my mouth.

Jason looked at me while frowning.

"why"
He asked me.

"I think I'm pregnant."
I told him while I still couldn't believe what I had discovered.

So this is the reason why I always feel dizzy these past few weeks, I thought because I'm just so tired. I'm such an idiot, why don't I think that I'm pregnant?

"are you sure "
He asked me.

"My period is regular and i've been delayed for more than a month. I think we need to take a test to make sure"
I answered him and pulled him out of the mall.

"Wait where are we going."
He asked.

"Come with me i need to see  a doctor."
I replied to him.

It took us a few minutes to reach the nearest OB clinic.

The doctor asked me a few questions and he said that I may be pregnant , but we still waited for the result of the pregnancy test to be sure.

my suspicion is correct the doctor said I was 7 weeks pregnant.

We left the clinic with the result of the pregnancy test.

I'm happy of course but I can't get rid of the fear in my chest because of my bad experience with my second pregnancy.

I came back from thinking of Jason speaking.

"You know it's good that you and lisa were separated before."
He said while looking at his phone.

"and why did you say that."
I asked him.

"Because maybe you have a dozen children now. Just think about it, you've only been together for 2 months andyour  seven weeks pregnant already. So if you didn't separate then, it's likely that when you give birth, you'll be pregnant again."
He explained to me, I smiled at what he said.

"what ever."
I answered him.

"Just box the result of your pregnancy test and that's your gift to Lisa tomorrow."
He told me .

"I'm home."
I shouted as I opened the door.

"love, how's your shopping ?"
She asked as she approached me.

She gave me a kiss on the forehead.

"We just ate because I didn't find anything good to buy."
I answered her. She smiled at me and nodded.
