It's been some weeks since the girls from Mikazuki Villa reunited again after saving Tsuruno from the uwasa, things went back to normal for now. It was morning and as usual Yachiyo was the first one to wake up, she went downstairs to make breakfast. When she had all the stuff ready to start Iroha appeared

"Good morning Yachiyo-san"

Said the pink-haired girl with her usual smile. Yachiyo turned back and answered

"Good morning Iroha, did you sleep well?"

"Yes, can I help you"?

"Of course, can you make the tea?"

"Ok"

While Iroha was making the tea, Yachiyo started with the eggs. After both finished the leader began making the rice and the veteran went to set the table. She finished early and started thinking for a while

"Iroha is such a good girl, she's always nice and willing to help, everything has changed since we met, and she's cute too"

Yachiyo was staring at her without realizing

"Her hair smells so nice and she's soft"

Then Iroha noticed

"Yachiyo-san, is anything wrong? You've been staring for a while"
This makes the veteran blush

"Ahm... sorry, I was daydreaming"

"Is anything wrong?"

"No, everything is fine"
Yachiyo starts thinking again

"What was I thinking? Of course Iroha is cute but why all of a sudden? She's a close friend and nothing more, and we're both girls" The last sentence makes her put a sad face

After they finished making breakfast Tsuruno, Felicia and Sana arrive and everyone starts eating

"Woow, this is delicious" Felicia enjoys the food as always

"Yeah, I love Iroha-chan's riceballs" says Tsuruno

"I think Iroha-san and Yachiyo-san make a great team" Sana smiles

This surprises them
"Really? I think we do, right Yachiyo-san?"

"Emm... yeah, I think so too"
Yachiyo blushes a bit and looks nervous

Everyone notices this, specially Iroha

"Yachiyo-san, are you ok? You look red"
She puts her hand in the veteran's forehead, which makes her blush even more

"I..I'm ok, I gotta leave for college" Yachiyo stands up and goes to get ready to leave. This worries Iroha

"Is she ok? She's acting weird"

"Don't worry Iroha-chan, looks like she is experiencing something new" Tsuruno is aware of the situation

"What situation?" Felicia doesn't get it

"Felicia-san, you are too oblivious" Sana smiles

"What is it? Tell me"

Iroha looks a bit worried

"What's wrong with Yachiyo-san? Is she mad at me? Did I do something wrong?"
She thinks

While Yachiyo is on her way to college, she thinks about what happened earlier

"What's wrong with me? I've been feeling strange whenever Iroha is near. But it also feels good"
