BIRTHDAY PRESENTS

It's your birthday today. Your bestfriend, Jimin greeted you early in the morning through a text message. You were thankful that you have a bestfriend like him. You replied and thanked him for greeting you so early. The next thing you do is to prepare for school.

You were in school with Jimin. Both of you enjoyed the food you bought and also the funny jokes he says to you. Suddenly, your crush-mate, Jin, went to your direction and you were shocked when he took a seat next to you.

"Hey ________!" Jin greeted you.

"H-hey! Uhh.. Why are you here?" You nervously said.

You keep on eating and facing down so he would not see you blush.

"Nothing. Just want to see you."

You smiled a bit at those words. You took a glance on him and he's smiling. On the other hand, Jimin is just watching the both of you. He is jealous of giving your attention to Jin instead of him. But, since it's your birthday, he just shrugged it off. Instead, he decided to talk to Jin and let him be the birthday present for you. [Let's pretend you didn't know.]

"_________!" Jimin called you.

"Oh! Jimin! You need something?"

"Nothing. I just want to show you my present."

"Okay! Where is it?" You excitedly asked.

"Follow me." Jimin said and you followed him until you were in the school garden.

You were surprised to see Jin sitting beside the fountain. He was holding a paper bag from the Comic Alley.

"_______, uhh... Jimin asked me to give you this." Jin said as he gave you the paper bag.

"Jimin? You bought this for me?" You asked him and he nodded shyly.

"Oh~ You're so sweet and thoughtful! Thank you!" You said and hugged him. You were touched because Jimin know your favorite, Anime!

" You're welcome... and, Happy birthday!" He hugged you back as he said those words. "Enjoy!" He whispered then he smiled.

"Uhmm... ________..." You turned to face Jin. You're getting nervous this time. Also Jin.

"Gotta go guys! Bye~" Jimin leave the scene and the two of you faced each other.

"________, I need to tell you something."

"W-what is... i-it?" You stuttered.

Jin went closer to you as he handed you his gift. A red small box. You looked at him and told you to open it. You were surprised to see a silver necklace.

"You like it? I bought it for you. Happy birthday!" He said, smiling cutely at you.

"Thank you but, why are you doing this? I-I am not, your girlfriend... f-for you to buy this for me." You said in a low and calm voice.

"That's what I need to tell you right now. I... I like you, _______. I don't know when and before, I don't know when to tell you but here it is," he said as he looked straight into your eyes. "I love you, so much.." he hugged you.

You didn't know what to react. He's your crush for almost 2 years and now, you know that he liked you too.

"I love you, too! Jin, thank you for making me happy."

He smiled at you and get the necklace. He was fixing it on your neck when he whispered, "I love you."

You felt butterflies in your stomach and your cheeks turned to red. Jin hugged and kissed you. This day, Jin asked you to be his girlfriend. Why not? So, he took 'yes' as your answer.

You were happy on your birthday because of Jin and Jimin who made your day special. You take good care of their presents and also the memories they gave you.
