y/n can't sleep. she doesn't feel sleepy at all. can't even get a wink of sleep. she keeps shifting her body to left and right, trying to find if she's comfortable enough to sleep but still, she does not feel sleepy at all.

she bits her lower lips, finally getting up from her bed and towards the room's window. from there, she can see the bright stars up above the night sky.

everytime she sees the stars, there's always this warm feeling building inside that she can't tell what. and everytime she sees the stars, she can never take her eyes off them. its mesmerizing, such an awe sight.

briefly, y/n loves them.

she lets out a small sigh, opening the door and getting out her room. her legs automatically make its way towards beomgyu's room.

but she just stands there. without knocking, without making a sound nor saying anything.

y/n pursued her lips into a thin line and she didn't stands there any longer. she guessed that beomgyu has sleep already and she don't want to bother him knowing how tiring he must be everyday. his day always went hectic. sometimes y/n hopes that beomgyu can get more rest rather than just overworking himself.

y/n makes her way downstairs. very silent and dark. so, she reached out her hand foward to turn the switch on. as soon she did that, bright light illuminating the living room and she can finally sees everything rather than just black and darkness.

she has the urge to go out this night. and thats exactly what she did. she opens the front door, making sure to not make any sound so that beomgyu won't suddenly wake up.

y/n heaves a sigh of relief the moment her feets stepped out from the house.

y/n went to the convenience store. since there's barely any place to go and that convenience store near her house is opened 24 hours a day, she decided to just go there.

theres nothing to buy actually. y/n wasn't utterly hungry since she ate her dinner. but she still grab a bar of chocolate from there and immediately went to the cashier to pay.

she did not stay there longer though. y/n decides that she will just go back home straight away after this because apparently, it really wasn't safe to be alone at night like this.

while she walks along the dark road, one hand holding the bar of chocolate while her other hand inside her pocket hoodie.

its cold, and she's slightly shivering. and that urging her to go back home faster. to be wrapped under her thick blacket and sleep right away because she's starting to feel sleepy too now.

it was silent. y/n's sure that only she is there. dark and quite. only few dim street lamps being the source of light.

but if she's alone then why the hell she heard another pair of footsteps?

she bits the inside of her cheeks, swallowing the bitter lump of saliva on her throat. now she regret walking alone this late.

she walks faster, trying to calm herseld down and keep praying inside that it was just a mere hallucination.

it wasn't. it wasn't just a mere hallucinations and y/n knows that.

she took a deep breath, something inside her keep telling to turn around to see who's there. she's stubborn anyway and at the same time curious as hell.

y/n halts her steps there and once again, silence fill in.

okay, y/n might be scared right now but her curiousity is at it peak and how the hell she suppose to ignore that?
