'To be frank you will have to tell her,' Jaehyun turned his head towards her. His hand still hovered above the man's body, when she met his gaze white strings escaped from his fingertips and the body began to disintegrate, 'If she knows about your capabilities, the extent of it then if anything happens, she won't be caught off guard. And knowing that will help you in controlling yourself as well,' finished, he lowered his hand and walked back to the cabin.

Following him inside, they each grabbed a pile of shovels and headed back out. The mist was thick and the wind sharp. Jaehyun only wore a black tank top with blue jeans, taking him in made her want to take off her grey jumper, 'But what if I tell her and...she's repulsed by what I am?' No one's caused a reaction in her like Jennie does. The more she thought through it, the more it terrified her. The ground steeped beneath their steps, tracks leading deeper and deeper into the forest.

'That is a risk you will have to take Rosé. If she's worth it,' he turned round a crooked tree stump. Stopping, fingers moved, and the stump lifted into the air, revealing a staircase beneath it. He led them down it, 'So? Do you?'

'Do I what?'

'Think she's worth it?'

The stairs led to a bolted door. Jaehyun flicked his fingers again and it opened. The room was expansive, bulky roots and green stems poked out the wall's, dirt dusting the edges. In the middle stood a very long wooden table. Underneath it lay the grey duffel bags, with lines of boxes piled next to it. They placed the shovels on top of it. She dusted her hands off and spoke timidly, 'She is.'

Jaehyun smiled and patted her back, 'Look this isn't an easy decision and you should definitely think through it. It took me three years before I decided that Dae needed to know,' years...Chaeyoung knew she didn't have years to make this choice. That wouldn't be fair to Jennie considering everything that may happen,

'But you have known her all your life. If you really do trust her then you're going to have to trust that.' He picked up a grey bag, 'By the way Lisa and Sorn weren't following me these past two days.'

Chaeyoung huffed her cheeks as she sat up onto the table, legs swinging, 'That's weird. But I guess it explains why they haven't started following me too. The other night Lis was asking me so many questions,' she laughed, 'She wasn't even hiding it well.'

He lowered the zip and took out the content. Glass clinked as he placed vial after vial down onto the table. Some filled with a white liquid, others orange and light blue. Throwing the bag aside, he picked up another, 'We're going to have to count how many we have, then separate between mine and yours,' he tossed her a vial with light blue liquid in it, 'Those we can split between us, half and half.'

Chaeyoung lifted the vial, the blue liquid slid from side to side, 'I was surprised they were able to get us so many.'

'Me too actually. I was wondering,' his shoulders relaxed as his hands rested on the table, 'I wanted to ask, have you thought about what Hyuna said?' Chaeyoung shook her head, 'Oh, okay then. Just wanted to check.'

'Jae,' he looked at her again, brown curls covering his eyebrows, 'I don't want to go until we've sorted everything out here.'

'No, I agree with that. I mean we don't even know how this is all going to go,' the veins in his neck strained, 'But we will not join the others until everything's settled here,' Chaeyoung nodded in agreement, 'Which brings us back to Jennie.'

'Huh?'

'What I mean is...I think you should tell Jennie. But not just her. I think it's time we tell our families Rosé.'
