Bella's pov

I was dead silent during the entire meal .
Their talks continued about our wedding , where my consent wasn't even needed .
I think they all knew I am not in favour of this wedding but they dint care .
" soon Xavier will take my position and become the mafia king after marriage " xaviers father said .

My eyes widened at his fathers statement and I looked up from my plate.
"Looks like bella dint know about it " his dad said

" Yes she doesn't and I don't want her involved in our mafia business just yet , soon she will get used to it "
Xavier said
I again went to look at my oh so interesting plate as there conversation was just hurting me and making me feel helpless , so I just kept playing with my food until
" Son we want everything to happen ASAP , we need a heir soon" his mom said smiling towards me .
His mom dint seem half bad but the way she said it sent shivers to my back.

And they went back to eating.
Xavier put more food in my plate and glared at me , telling me to complete it .
I knew I had to it's an everyday habit of him forcing me so I'm used to by now .
I dint say anything and ate .
I bid them good bye and dint even glance at that bastard and went to my room.

This is the first time in my life i am so happy about my age . I wanted to turn 21 soon so mom would allow me to go on foreign trips alone but now I have time to get rid of this mafia king because I'm 17 .

I think I should call my frnds and talk to them and try to cheer my mood up oh but I don't have my phone with me 🙂I forgot.
I wish my life was more normal

Soon I heard a knock on the door
Must be the maid

"Yes enter "

"Sweetheart, you seem upset " Xavier said

" I know there is something , if you want we have a theater room , we could go there and watch some movie or we can swim or we could bake something like cupcakes or something or I could teach your horse ridding "
He said

Am I dreaming or is this actually happening
Does he really have horse here

I stood up and went towards him and asked him to pinch me
And he pinched me ever so slightly

" oh so the guy that has slapped me can't even pinch me now "
I said sarcastically
" listen Bella im not used to being soft on people , but babygirl im trying for you , I apologised for whatever I did in the past " he said

He's bluffing
But I'll also continue with this act
" sure we can watch any movie of your choice and tomorrow morning we'll go horse riding " I said

" okay I'll pick the movie u get the snack "
" Xavier I just ate I am not at all hungry there was this one idiot who keeps feeding me even when I'm full so now I don't have space for even 1 bite food , I think u know that idiot he is right behind u "

" oh really " and he turned around , the rooms mirror was exactly behind him so he was looking at his own reflection
And I burst out laughing.
I think the whole mansion can hear me laugh

" oh so this is funny for u "
He said coming towards me
I thought he will hit me I stopped laughing but to my surprise he started tickling me

And I started laughing again and he was laughing with me
I couldn't stop laughing

" Xavier stop •"
" okay I'm sorry now stop please "
He wasn't listening and I kept laughing so I decided to do a drama
" ouch Xavier " I said with a lot of over acting
He instantly stopped
" what happened babygirl ?" he asked
"Oh I think u hurt me " ouchhh

" I'm sorry where are u hurt " his concerned face is so hot
And he kept asking me
And I again started laughing
He understood I was bluffing and he rolled his eyes and left the room saying he is going to pick a movie and I can change into something comfy and come to the theater room.

I changed into long PJs and went there
The maid guided me to theater
Xavier had put Avengers end game

" are your kidding me " I said

" We can change it if u don't like it " he said

" oh no ! I loveee it , and Captain Americ OMG I'm so going to marry him " I said with drooling eyes

In a matter of seconds Xaviers aura got scary again back to the dominating one
He came closer to me and held my chin
" you are only going to marry me princess and this is the first and last time u will talk about another guy like this or first I will kill that guy and I'll make u see how I torture him and the one you saw will seem nothing in front of the real torture I'll show u , so are we clear

I nodded my head immediately
"and now we are not watching this movie ...Let's watch (he kept scrolling ) baby's day out "

Is he for real

But its not like I'll open my mouth and tell him

We saw the movie for 1 hours and I said I was tired and went back to our room

Xavier had some work so he dint come with me

What if Xavier kills me if I run away
And with this thought I slept.
