"Because, you are darling, my darling." he said, faking a Texas accent, which didn't cause her to laugh, instead, a cold hard glare was returned to him. 

He ignored it and walked away. "Well, I'm staying here until, you know."

She knew. She knew what he was talking about, and she didn't like what he was talking about. But she was a superstitious person, so she believed what her family believed, that if you break a promise, your whole life will be cursed.

Traver walked away, a half smirk applied on his face.

He was pleased, pleased with what he had done, so quickly. 

But he wasn't happy. He didn't want to marry this girl, a random stranger. Which he was still surprised, that she had agreed.

This marriage, was a forced marriage.
