Ch 31

A couple of months later

Sif barges into her and Freya's bedroom. She sees freya laying down on a chair

Sif: "reya, Meredith called me here. Are you alright what happened?"

Freya: "nothing. Nothing happened darling"

Sif: "reya love, please don't lie to me. what happened when you were in battle?"

Freya: "I was stabbed but I promise you i am alright"

Sif: "freya! you were stabbed!"

Freya: "sif. Darling. I will be fine. 'Tis nothing but a small injury"

Sif: "remove your shirt"

Freya: "what?"

Sif: "I know you are lying to me"

Freya: "I am not. I can not believe you are acusing me of lying"

Sif touches a part of freyas abdomen and freya winces in pain

Sif: "remove your shirt, now freya"

Freya sighs

Freya: "fine"

She takes her shirt off

Freyas whole chest and abdomen were wrapped in bandages

Sif: "freya this is much more than a minor injury!"

Freya: "I know but I did not want to worry you"

Sif: "I worry for you every time you go away on quests or travel to one of the 9 realms or- or. I just worry about you. You are my wife for crying out loud. I love you and will always worry for your safety"

She kisses freya

Sif: "i just want you to be safe"

Freya smiles

Freya: "i am gald you are worried for my safety"

Freya tries to sit up to kiss sif but she winces in pain and lays bacl down

Sif: "are you arlight?"

Freya: "yes i am, its just. My wounds are just very painful. I think one of the wounds opened up again. One of the ones on my stomach"

Sif: "lift up you arms so i can see the bandages"

Freya moves her arms away and Sif sees red seeping through the bandages

Sif: "I need to change your bandages, this may be painful"

Freya nods

Sif unwraps the bandages that were on freyas stomach

Frey groans in pain

Sif: "i am sorry im sorry"

Frea: "please. I beg you just hurry up"

Sif: "okay, okay"

Sif finishes wrapping freya's wounds

Sif: "there. I am sorry"

Freya: "'tis alright darling. Thank you. Can you help me to the bed"

Sif: "of course"

Sif helps Freya to bed

Freya: "thank you"

Sif: "i love you"

Freya: "i love you too darling"

She kisses one of sif hands

Sif: "get some rest please"

Freya: "i will"

A couple months have past

Freya is asleep. The sun shunning on her face. A few moments later the sunlight is covered and she feels someone slight shaking her. Freya groans as she opens her eyes. Freya sees sif facing down at her

Sif smiles

Sif: "good morning love"

Freya: "let me sleep. I beg you"

Sif: "come on"

Freya: "no"

She covers her face with a pillow

Sif: "freya"

Freya: "no"

Sif: "reya come on"

Freya: "no. I would like to sleep more. I am exhausted"

Sif: "come on love"

Freya: "sif darling I love you but I will push you off the need if you continue to bug me"

Sif: "you are overly dramatic"

Freya: "no I am not"

Sif: "yes y-"

Freya shoves sif off the bed

Sif: "how rude!"

Freya laughs

Sif gets up from the floor and sits on freyas lap

Sif: "come on love. Get up. Besides it snowed last night and  'tis snowing right now"

Freya removes the pillow from her face

Freya: "really?"

Sif: "mhm"

Freya: "Fine i will get up but can you please get off of me darling"

Sif chuckles. She gets off of Freya and sits on the bed

Freya sits up

Freya: "shall we have breakfast and then head outside?"

Sif: "i would love that"

Freya kisses sif

30 minutes later freya and sif are walking down to the dinning hall

Freya: "How did you sleep last night?"

Sif: "well, i am a bit exhausted though. We went to bed pretty late"

Freya laughs

Freya: "yes we did"

After they had beakfast

Freya: "here is your coat"

She helps sif put her coat on

Freya: "ready"

Sif nods

They lock arms and walk out of the palace

They spend sometime outside

Maid: "princess freya may i talk to you"

Freya: "of course"

She walks through the snow and to the maid. She talks for a bit

Freya: "thank you for informing me"

The maid bows and walks away

Freya turns around and a snow ball hits her face. She wipes off the snow and sees sif. She was standing behind a tree laughing

Freya: "oh, so you want to play that game huh"

Freya makes a snow ball and throws it at sif

She dodges it

Sif: "ha! You missed me"

Freya: "made you look darling"

Sif: "what?"

Freya uses her magic and 15 snowballs fly towards sif, knocking her to the ground

Sif: "alright, alright you win, you win"

Freya chuckles

She walks over and helps her up

Sif: "i am freezing"

She starts to shiver

Freya: "come on lets get you inside and changed into warm clothes"

Sif: "please"

Freya laughs and picks sif up
