The Cave

Chapter 1: The Crumble

Robin leaned on a rock and looked at his scanner, (the 1st Robin) "Uh, Aqualad, this is so a bust, I'm not picking up anything." Aqualad and Robin stood among Artemis, Super Boy, Zatanna and Megan. Right then Wally ran in,

"Boy Wonder here's right, I've searched the place up and down, nothings here." Robin elbowed him,

"Are you sure about that, last time you missed the giant man-eating ape." He threw his hands in the air,

"Aw c'mon Rob, that thing was like... in the trees, I didn't see him!" Robin laughed then went back to his scanner.

"Ugh, stop whining Bay Watch and just re-search." Artemis rested her hand on her hip and gave him a smug smirk, he frowned back,

"Oh and I'm sure you wouldn't mind helping me?" She scoffed,

"Uh, who's the one with the super speed here?" His frowned deeper and Robin laughed again.

Megan was focusing with her telepathic powers on something, and there was a while before she suddenly came out of it.

"No- No wait! Something is here, I-I can sense it!" She quickly flew over to a cave wall and felt along it, Super Boy marched over and looked at his fist,

"You want me to punch it?" She nodded without looking at him and kept rubbing her hands along the wall, he pulled his hand back only for a much smaller Robin to grab it,

"Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, perhaps causing a cave-in isn't the best idea for right about now." He blinked at him then shrugged and let his hand down. Robin came up to the wall and began knocking along it,

"Uh Rob, thats what you're supposed to do with wood." Robin rolled his eyes,

"Thats not what I'm doing... There should be a weak point if there is something on the other side... A weak point thats right about... Here!" He side-kicked the wall and a small hole crumbled, leading to another dark cave. He dusted his hands,

"See, no super strength required!" Aqualad nodded then headed through the opening,

"Good work Robin, now everyone, split up and find the-" A sudden shaking interrupted the leader as the tunnel began to rumble, "Everyone take cover!" He yelled just as the ceiling started to collapse.

Not much was seen through the crumbling rocks except for Aqualad being knocked back while Robin covered Zatanna, Kid Flash covered Artemis and Super Boy covered Megan. They all went in different directions.
