A boy and a girl were chained to a gate, shining brightly in endless darkness, their eyes stared at the endless darkness before them, beyond where the light from their radiance could reach. They were all alone in that confinement, and the silence was unbearable. At first, they were scared, then sometime later they felt that they were going insane, but after some time, they were used to the silence. It became oddly comforting for them just to stand there, chained to the door, and stare at the pitch-black scene before them.
Their attention was piqued when they noticed a black butterfly fluttering before them, maybe it had been approaching them for a while, but because of the darkness, they couldn't see it until it was in the light. A mystery voice came from that butterfly as if it was talking to them.
" I see ... so you are the siblings who defeated and sealed Nyx, " the voice said " I wanted to meet you in person, my name is Nyarlathotep "

The morning of that spring was a welcoming sight for weary eyes in the hospital, it almost gave the patients the resolve to continue fighting for their lives, it made them feel like life was worth living again. In one of the rooms, a little girl rested on her bed by the window, for a while she stared at the world outside, then she turned her gaze back to her portable gaming console, and focused her attention back on the game in her hand. She seemed very young, kids her age were joyfully playing in the park while she had to stay confined in a hospital.
" Nanjo-san, the doctors told you not to play video games in your condition "
" Please, just call me Casper " the girl paused the game, before looking at the nurse before " I'm sorry if I'm causing you trouble, Uzaki-san, but I'm fine. You can even feel my forehead if you want, I don't have any fever "
" I know ... I know ... you're supposed to leave the hospital today, Nanjo-san. Anyway, it's a beautiful view from this window, don't you think? "
