(Stella's POV)

Weeks have passed since I had the twins, they had a few more complications since their birth but everything is okay now. Today is the day we finally get to take them home, after 3 weeks.

"Thank you guys so much" I say waving to my doctors as we exit the hospital. "They look just like you stells." Colby says smiling at me. "oh stop" I laugh blushing.

"Time to go home" I smile.

"I just put the girls down for a nap, Mason is so excited about his sisters being here" Colby says sitting down next to me.

"You know, I never would've thought I'd be here, with three kids and an amazing husband, I'm glad I met you, Colby, I love you" I say making Colby smile.

"you mean everything to me Stella, you've made me a better person, I love you and our kids so much" he says planting a small kiss on my lips.

and with that our family is complete....

Yes I know it was a super short chapter but I figured I would add it. Don't worry it's not over yet. But I don't know how much longer this book will be.
