Xin Lisa left his arms and looked at him. She said, “Can you not be so locaquious now?”

Jungkook replied, “If I’m not talkative now, when should I be? Honey, do you know that when you said you were mine, I…”

When Jungkook stopped in the middle of his words, she clearly probed, “What?”

“Hm, I was very happy.”

Xin Lisa pursed her lips and said, “Of course you’re happy! Jungkook, if you dare not to care about your life next time, I will definitely split up with you.”

Xin Lisa just smiled. Then she asked, “How’s your wound?”

“Did you tug on your wound?” Xin Lisa asked nervously. “Sit properly. Don’t hug me anymore. Let me take a look.”

“I won’t let you go.” Jungkook tightened his grip on her. He smiled and said, “I will only be better if I get to keep hugging you!”

How could Xin Lisa not know that he was being shameless? “You will have time in the future. Do you have to feel that hurried?”

“The future is the future. The present is the present. How could you mix them together?”

Xin Lisa couldn’t help but laugh. Then she teased him, “Aren’t you angry that I drove away the girls?”

Jungkook knew that she was talking about Sheng Eunha. He smiled and answered, “You’re better than the rest. I like you more.”

Xin Lisa didn’t know how to respond to his smooth words. 

“Oh, if you regret this and blame me in the future, then what happens?”

Jungkook didn’t think before responding, “Don’t worry. I will never regret something that I set my mind to.” When he finished, he continued, “You just need to take care of yourself. I already have someone investigating this. Let me handle this.”

“My brother did too.”

“Yes, I know.”

Xin Lisa thought about it and asked, “Do you believe that Sheng Eunha had done this?”

Jungkook became silent then replied reasonably, “I only believe in evidence.”

After Xin Lisa spent the morning in the hospital, she went to tell Gu Tong and Zhong Qin that she wasn’t single now when she returned home in the afternoon. 

Zhong Qin laughed and said, “You guys finally got together after all these hardships. But the road to happiness is strewn with setbacks. It is really nice how you guys got together! You have to treasure this!”

“Yes, I will.”

However, Gu Sana started to turn over old accounts and said, “When I first saw you guys, I knew that there wasn’t anything pure between you guys. Xin Lisa smiled and said, “You bet with yourself? What do you get for winning?”

After Gu Sana hung up, she called Xia Eunwoo. “Did you board the plane?”
