Chapter 5: How i met him

Simon smiled: "Alright, you'll be called Xiao Zhe from now on!"

The kitten meowed as if it says yes to him. Simon then took the tv remote and began watching tv to kill some time.

Zhang Zhehan's pov:

He was running late to the meeting. As usual. He didn't even get the time to breathe. His clothes were messy, his hair was flying everywhere, and he was about to have a heart attack right there at the moment!

'I'm screwed... This time i'm dead', he thought to himself while running as fast as he could.

He kept running to where his studio was located at.

Suddenly, it started raining heavily out of knowhere. Drops of rain fell down from the sky and the sky began to darken.

'Just great, just when i thought things couldn't get any worser...'

In his heart though, he felt its fine to be out on the rain; well, he is a human afterall, rain can't hurt you.

That's when he suddenly remembered something...

Before he could react or anything, fluffy cat ears and a tail appeared on his body. He let out a soft sigh, then he shrunk into his cat form.

Yes, his cat form.

That's when he saw someone taking a shelter under the roof of a house nearby. The man looked like he was just minding his own business, so he walked towards his direction and approached him.

Only, he wasn't expecting to see this big grown a$$ man to scream just by seeing a cat next to him.

LIKE, EXCUSE ME?!

At first, he didn't mind, but the man kept shooing him and screaming ( it's making him annoyed) So then, he decided to play a little "game" with him.

Zhehan reached out into his pocket, took his wallet and started running away the moment he caught him.

"Oii gimme my wallet back!!" The man shouted like a 3-year old who just lost his favourite candy.

He eventually chased the cat around 3 neighbourhoods just to get his wallet back (yes, he's that desperate-)

When he finally caught up with Zhehan, he already squeezed itself into the tiny window and escaped into his house.

He was trying to find a place to hide, but that man was FAST. Before he could hide inside the box beside the couch, he already unlocked the door and looked at him face- to-face.

So he decided to play the "i'm very innocent, i didn't do anything" trick.

"Hmmmmm..."

The guy was right now standing just a few centimetres behind him, looking very annoyed.

'Aight, time to act cute now...'

He let out a sad purr and looked at him with his innocent, big blue eyes.

Finally, the man gave in and just let him stay there.

'HAHAHAHA, i didn't know that he was a dumba$$ too', he thought.

Although, he did feel a little bit sorry for this guy though.

He actually looked like he was about to cry; probably because he had a bad day or something.

Zhehan then jumped into his arms and hugged him.

At first, the man was a little bit confused. But then he smiled and held it tighter on his arms.

Soon after, the cat fell asleep on his warm embrace.
