Blaine was on the stage for his showcase as Regina and June arrives with food. "Blaine." June said making Blaine look at them. "Come. I brought BabyCakes." June said to him as she sits down. "What were you doing up there?" Regina asks Blaine as he walks over to the table. "Oh, I like to measure the stage to see how many paces I have in each direction...that way if I decide to freestyle, I won't fall on my ass into the crowd." Blaine said while taking out the cakes. "Oh. You know, success depends on three things. It depends on talent, hard work and...luck, and if you have the first two, you won't have to worry about the third." June said to him. "Oh. Who said that?" Blaine asks her. "Me. Just now. All right. Should I seat Michael Bay next to Walter Cronkite?" June asks Blaine. "Uh, I'm pretty sure Walter Cronkite died." Blaine said to her as he eats the cake. "Oh. That's sad. It's okay, don't worry about Walter...he had a fantastic life. And he made great Manhattans." June said to him after seeing Blaine's sad face. "It's not Walter. It's... it's Jess. I've...been carrying around this lie that she's gonna be in the showcase. Can we just give her one song?" Blaine asks her. "Enough." Regina said to him making Blaine look at her. "Jesse is not a star may be in your eyes and everyone who sees her. But she is not one and she will never be one." Regina said to him. "She doesn't want to be a star she wants to be a teacher." Blaine said to her. "Wow, poor teens for have to sit with her all day." Regina said to him. "Blaine, I am putting the most valuable currency I have into this event, and that currency is my reputation." June said to him making Blaine look at June. "All the people come here because I am their taste-maker. And my palate...is undeniable when it comes to talent, and I cannot jeopardize my track record because your friend doesn't like to hear bad news." June said to him. "Jesse is amazing. She's incredible." Blaine said to her. "She has no talent, she is just a kid singing and dancing not knowing what to do later." Regina said to him. "You take my lead, and the world will greet you like Venus in a clamshell. You cross me, you will be driftwood." June said to him, Blaine nods and June leaves Blaine and Regina alone. "Blaine." Regina said making Blaine look at her. "Forget about Jesse and just be with me." Regina said while standing up. "I and Jesse are getting marry soon." Blaine said to her as Regina walks over to him. "Will she still want to marry after this?" Regina asks him making Blaine think about it as Regina leans down and kisses Blaine on the lips. Blaine jumps away from her only to see she was smiling. "Call me when you two are over." Regina said to him and she walks out of the room leaving Blaine alone.

A few minutes later, Blaine walks over to the piano and starts playing, All of Me by John Legend something dedicated to Jesse.

Jesse claps for him when the song ends. "Well, I brought you lunch, but it looks like you already had dessert." Jesse said looking at the cakes. "That was nice." Jesse said turning back to Blaine. "Are you gonna put that in the showcase?" Jesse asks him. "June doesn't want you in the showcase. And she never did." Blaine said to her and Jesse is shocked by his blatant lie. "So, you've been lying to me this whole time?" Jesse said to him not looking at him. "I thought I could convince her, and then they wouldn't be lies anymore." Blaine said making Jesse look at him. "I love you." Blaine said to her. "How am I supposed to believe that you love me if I can't even trust you?!" Jesse yelled at him. "I did it because I love you." Blaine said to her. "You lied to me!" Jesse yelled at him while hitting over the food making Blaine stand up. "We had long conversations about this." Jesse said to him. "I didn't know what else to do. I didn't want to hurt your feelings." Blaine said to her thinking about Regina. "And Regina kiss me again." Blaine said to her making Jesse more shocked and she starts to cry a little. "Jess, please don't cry." Blaine said to her while he walks over to her. "I pull away this time." Blaine said to her not knowing Jesse was removing her ring. "I...I am...I am so, so sorry." Blaine said to her and Jesse gives him her ring. Blaine looks at it and back at her. "Yeah, I bet you are." Jesse said walking closer to Blaine. "You can use that ring to marry Regina because it looks like you are not in love with me anymore." Jesse said to him and she walks to the door. "I love you not her." Blaine said to her as Jesse opens the door. "Too bad I can't believe in anything else you say." Jesse said and she walks out crying while Blaine can hear her walking away while he was handing Jesse's ring.
