In New York At Endwell, Broome County In The Friends Household
The friends were reading through the new script that Mary has produced. "Thing about love is that it's not a scarce resource. The more you give, the more you have to give." Jesse reads the words and everyone cheers. "I love it." Cooper said to them. "Do you guys like it?" Quinn asks them. "I cry because I can walk in the script." Artie said to them. "Well, she's handing it into the network, so...we should hear soon." Quinn said to them. "A toast." Kurt said making everyone raise their cups. "To a glorious year in the greatest city on earth." Kurt said to them. "Cheers to that." Jesse said to them with a smile. They toast the year that they have spent in New York as Sam hears something outside making him look at the window. "Holy crap." Sam said and he rushes outside with everyone following him.
The group walks outside to see an image of Sam's semi-naked body, plastered to the side of a bus on a 'Treasure Trailz' advert. "Oh, my God." Brittany said as the group walks closer. "Sam, I am so proud of you." Sebastian said to him as he gives Sam a hug. "I did it. I made my dream come true." Sam said to him and he walks over to the bus. "Look at this. Ah. The abs, the...the nipples are even. Oh, my gosh, this is great." Sam said to them as he and Sebastian walk back to the group. "It is the start of a great career." Artie said to him. "Nope. It's the finish. I came out here to get my junk on the side of a bus and I did it. Going out on top Or on the side, really." Sam said to them. "What are you gonna do now?" Quinn asks him. "I think I'm gonna go back home." Sam said to them making Jesse look at him. "I just want to be in a space where, you know, the only sounds I hear at night are the crickets and the rendering plant. My mind just works better when everything's a little slower." Sam said to them. "Sebastian, are you going to?" Jamey asks him making Sebastian look at her. "Yes, I thought maybe I can get the glee club up and running again because that room made me who I am today." Sebastian said to him. "Plus, everybody here is just scattering, anyway, so..." Sam said to them. "It's the end of another era for us Glee kids." Blaine said to them. "Yeah." Jamey said to him. "It's been quite a year, you guys." Quinn said to them while Jamey puts his arm around Kurt. "Finn and the Glee Club...I don't think I can really handle losing anything else." Quinn said to them. "Who said that you have to lose anything?" Mercedes asks her while Jesse walks over to Blaine who puts his arm around her. "No, he's right. It's like the end of an era. Sam said it...we're all gonna be scattered all over the place soon." Quinn said to them. "I'm in this with you guys for the long haul." Jamey said to them with a smile. "Okay, then, you know what, you guys? Let's make a deal. Six months from now, we all come back, right here, to this place, because I'm gonna need something to look forward to. If I've learned anything this year, it's that you guys are my life." Quinn said to them with a smile. "Let's hug it out. Come on." Artie said to them and they share a group hug. "Oh, guys, I would kill to break out in song right now." Kurt said and the music starts playing, Pompeii by Bastille while the group walks onto the road.
Jesse puts her arms around Quinn as they walk down the road.

At Mercedes's apartment, Brittany and Mercedes leaving New York to go on tour with everyone were there to say goodbye.

The group gives Mercedes and Brittany one last group hug.

Brittany and Mercedes got into the car and drive away with everyone watching.

At the house, Sam and Sebastian were putting their things in boxes with Jesse, Blaine, Jamey, and Kurt's help.

The group sits down on the floor and sits there in silence.

Sebastian and Sam were at the airport to go back to Lima. The group hugs the two smiles but before Sebastian and Sam leave the siblings has one last hug until they meet again. The two walks to the gate while waving goodbye to everyone.

Jamey gives his sister a hug before she and Blaine leave for Lima.

In Lima, Sebastian walks over to Sam in their living room. "Sam." Sebastian said making Sam look at him. "Do you want to meet your daughter later?" Sebastian asks him making Sam smile. "What? Yes!" Sam yelled while he runs over to Sebastian and the two share a hug with smiles on their faces.
