I've learned that grief

isn't just sitting in your room

knees up to your chest

thinking about the person that passed on in your life

it's in fact love, all the love

you wished you could've given

but now no way to give it

so it sits in the corners of your eyes

ready to be released all at once

once that lump in your throat is let free

all your grief is spilled out

in only the way of love
