EPISODE 19: COMING HOME

Lucifer brings Davina to his home and her new home in LA with Chloe and Trixie.

After a long drive Lucifer finally arrives back in LA with his newly discovered daughter Davina, he pulls up to Melody's house where Chloe is waiting for them outside. Lucifer pulls up and they both get out of the car and Chloe walks over to them.

Chloe: Lucifer why are you driving my best friends car and where is she?

Lucifer: As Melody explained to you over the phone Detective, I am old friend of the family and Melody is still in New Orleans dealing with a family crisis and she asked me to bring her niece Davina here while she deals with the crisis involving her sister and poor Davina here has been a lot of drama dealing with family so Melody now has custody of her and thought it would be best if I brought her here trusting that you will look after her until she returns.

Chloe: Did Mel say when she is going to be back?

Lucifer: Another couple of days I believe then she will be home

Chloe: Okay(she turns to Davina) Hi Davina my name is Chloe, I am your Aunt's best friend she called me and told me that you were coming to live with us and I have your room set ready for you and I have called the high school and when Melody gets back she can register you and you can go back to school until then you can get settled in and there is a garden room at the bottom of the garden and Melody told me that you love to paint and draw so the garden room is set up as an Art studio for you and my daughter loves to draw too so many you two could bond over that I know there is a bit of an age gap but it would be nice for her to have another girl to talk to and I think she is going to love you, she loves Mel and you are her niece

Davina: I look forward to meeting her, how old is she? My Aunt Mel told me about her but not how old she is?

Chloe: Trixie is 7 years old she is in school at the moment, but you can meet her later. So, do you want me to show you your room?

Davina: Yes please, Uncle Lucifer can you come with me please?

Lucifer: Of course

Chloe leads Davina and Lucifer into the house and Chloe leads up the stairs and they stop at a bedroom door and Chloe opens it to reveal a beautiful purple bedroom there is also a desk with schoolbooks and a brand-new laptop and printer

Chloe: Mel called me last night and she asked me to get you a new laptop, printer, and schoolbooks for when you can go back to school but she wants to take you shopping for art supplies and school clothes when she gets home.

Davina: It would be really fun if the four of us did that together we could have a girls day I have never had one of those

Chloe: Sure, we can do that. So, do you like the room?

Davina: It is perfect, thank you

Lucifer: It really is very nice. I have to go now and check on my nightclub I trust you will be okay

Davina: Can I come with you to check out your nightclub I mean I know that you are not open yet so I can see it right?

Lucifer: Yes, I believe so, is that all right with Detective?

Chloe: Yes, it is fine

Lucifer: Very well let's go and yes, I will bring her back later Detective

Chloe: Thank you

Lucifer and Davina leave the room and then the house and they get back into Melody's car and drive away and soon after they arrive at Lux.

They walk into and they see Maze standing at behind the bar, she looks up when she hears the door

Maze: Lucifer, you're home and you're brought company

Lucifer and Davina walk down the stairs

Lucifer: No Maze she is not company this is Davina, and she is my daughter, yes I know that Angels cannot have children with humans but Davina's mother was in fact a witch and 16 years and nine months ago I was in New Orleans and met her mother and slept with her but what I did not know that she had cast a fertility spell on herself and nine months later she gave birth to a baby girl Davina my daughter

Maze: Wow so looks like little sister Melody was not the only Angel to have children.

Davina: Hi

Lucifer: This is Mazakeen she is a demon and my right hand

Davina: Hi do I call you Mazakeen or do I call you Maze?

Maze: You can call me Maze and I will call you Vina, okay?

Davina: Okay

Lucifer: Davina is going to be living with Melody and she is staying with the Detective until Melody gets back but she wanted to see the club and now I am going to show her my penthouse. Has my brother made an appearance?

Maze: One or two but nothing for a couple of days

Lucifer: Wonderfully well I am sure that big brother is still licking his wounds after the beating we gave him. If you need me, I will be up in the Penthouse. Come on Davina

Davina: Bye Maze

Maze: Bye Vina

Lucifer leads Davina to the elevator, and they head up to the penthouse

Lucifer: Come on daughter this is one of your homes now

Davina comes out of the Elevator and looks around in shock

Davina: Wow this place is awesome

Lucifer: Thank you

Davina is in awe when she sees all the books

Davina: Wow so many books I think I am in love with this place

Lucifer: You like to read?

Davina: I love to read.

Lucifer: Well, I have met some of the world's best writers and I can tell you so many stories about them.

Davina: Really?

Lucifer: Tell me one of your favorites

Davina: The Bronte sisters

Lucifer smiles

Lucifer: Sit down Davina

Davina sits down on the sofa and Lucifer joins her and he begins to tell his daughter a story and they spend most of the day with Lucifer telling his daughter a lot of stories.
