EPISODE NINE: IS SHE MY NIECE?

pretend she has blonde hair and this is Melody reaction when she finds out about Davina

Melody arrives back at her house and she starts looking for her brother

Melody: Lucifer brother we need to talk

Lucifer: What is it sister?

Melody: About 16 and a half years ago, you came to New Orleans right?

Lucifer: Yes, why do you ask sister?

Melody: Did you by any chance meet a witch named Miranda Claire?

Lucifer: Yes, oh she was a sweet young woman

Melody: Did you sleep with her

Lucifer: Yes, you know me sister of course I did, actually I spend three days with her.

Melody: Well I think you left something behind when you left her

Lucifer: What do you mean?

Melody: I think that when you left Miranda I believe that she was pregnant with your baby

Lucifer: What, but I thought that an Angel could not get a human pregnant?

Melody: What, who told you that brother?

Lucifer: Well I thought all of us knew and believed that

Melody: Well its not true and I think that you have a daughter

Lucifer: What?

Melody: I met a young girl today her name is Davina and she is the daughter of Miranda Claire and she is 16 years old. She is beautiful brother

Lucifer: Really? I have a daughter; does she know who her father is?

Melody: No, I don't know what her mother told her, but she believes that her father abandoned her

Lucifer: I cannot believe that I have a daughter, Davina means oh I can't remember what it means sister

Melody: It means beloved brother and we can ask her if she wants to come back to LA with us to live

Lucifer: Maybe she could live with you and the detective and her offspring?

Melody: Are you sure I mean she is your daughter brother

Lucifer: I know but I think she might want a family home and I live in a non-child friendly penthouse

Melody: Well I think we should find out if she truly is your daughter, maybe I can have a witch do a magical DNA test

Lucifer: What do you need from me sister?

Melody: Well we would just a cheek swab. Davina is a witch, she might want to know if you are her Father and I would be her Aunt, she would also have an Uncle and two cousins she would have a family that would love her, and I think that is what she wants.

Lucifer: Sister go back to Davina and ask her if she wants to know her father and if she could do a magical DNA test

Melody: Okay I will go now and ask her and maybe I can ask her about the curse on my husband and his pack

Lucifer: Good idea sister. I will be right back

Lucifer leaves the room and comes back a few minutes later with a bag containing a cotton swab and he hands it to his sister

Lucifer: I took a cheek swab

Melody takes the bag and puts it into her handbag

Melody: Okay I'll be back soon

Melody leaves the house and soon after she arrives back at the church to see Davina

Melody: Davina?

Davina walks out

Davina: You came back?

Melody: Yes, I told you that I think I know who your father is, and I need your help to confirm it

Davina: Who do you think is my father?

Melody: My brother well one of my brothers

Davina: So, you could be my Aunt?

Melody: Yes, and you have many more and you have Uncles and two cousins, but I need your help to confirm it

Davina: Okay how do I help you?

Melody: A magical DNA test will confirm the truth

Davina: I don't know if I can

Melody: You can with my help okay and once we confirm it then I will reveal who your father is and what you are

Davina nods

Melody: Okay all we need is a cheek swab from you. So, do you have a cotton swab at all

Davina: Yes, I have a small bathroom and I will go and get out and swab the inside of my cheek

Davina walks away and comes back a few minutes later

Davina: Okay what else do I need to do?

Melody(she goes into her bag and takes out the cheek swab that belongs to her brother) Okay if this works then both the cheek swaps will glow pink okay

Davina: Okay

Melody: Okay repeat after me

Melody says some words in Latin and Davina repeats the same words and after a few seconds both of the cheek swabs glow pink confirming that Lucifer is in fact Davina's father

Davina: You really are my Aunt

Melody: Yes, I am, and your father is well Lucifer

Davina: Lucifer as in the devil

Melody: He is a fallen Angel, so he is technically he is still an Angel, so am I and you my newly discovered Niece are half Angel that is what causes your magic to be powerful

Davina: Its from my friends that were killed during the harvest ritual

Melody: Some of the magic is but not all of it, you are half angel and it makes your magic stronger and with some help you will be able to control it. You should know that your father did not know about you at all. He spent three days with your mother and then he left but he did not know that she was pregnant

Davina: When can I meet him?

Melody: I will fix that for you, and how would you feel about leaving New Orleans and moving to LA to live with me and my best friend/ roommate and you will see your Dad all the time?

Davina: Really I could live with you?

Melody: Yes, but first I really need your help. Your Uncle Chris my husband is trapped under a curse, the curse makes it so his natural state is a wolf and I am hoping that you could help me find a way to undo it

Davina: If it helps I can try

Melody: That is all I ask, and you have two cousins

Davina: Really?

Melody: Yes, their names are Andrea and Grace, but I believe their names are now Hayley and Grace

Davina: Wait Hayley the same Hayley that is pregnant with the child of the hybrid

Melody: Yes, and soon both my niece and my daughters will be reunited with their fathers
