Going real quick through the facts,

plays somewhere between and after tfatws but i made a few changes:
Sam is still the falcon
Bucky does not fancy Sarah
Sam and Bucky work on the boat together so they can sell it in the summer
plays two years after the snap

There may be mistakes. English is not my first language and I found it to be harder than expected to write a full story in english.
So please feel free to correct me on my mistakes.
Especially on sayings, since they vary from country to country.
for example:
In german we say hit two flies with one flyswatter.
In English we say kill two birds with one stone. (you can imagine the shock when I heard about this for the first time)
So you see there are some differences and I might have built them into the story.
