Imagine your favorite guy that you fangirl over. He can be from a book, anime, TV show, or real life
If you're laying down, but can't get to sleep, close your eyes and pretend your head is laying on his chest. It works for me.
My sister couldn't decide though, so she just had the guys she fangirls over surrounding her to protect her from nightmares.
