Today was the (final) school dance, and I was walking around with my friend who I may or may not like
ANYWAY
This one girl KNOWS that I (may or may not) like him, so she told him that he should ask me to slow dance.
I didn't hear what she said because it was really loud, but I just saw him run off like "Shut up, you're crazy!"
So I was like, "[Girl], WHAT DID YOU SAY?"
And she innocently responds, "I told him that you should slow dance."
"You what?!"
"You know you want to"
So yah
And I was like, "THAT DOESN'T HELP" in my head. Because it doesn't!!
Me and him were really close in first semester, but now we're just friends
And I'm like
FRICKIN FRIEND ZONED
Another story:
Me and him were comparing heights because he said he was 5'7"
I'm 5'1"
So I was walking around the rectangular table bc he was on the other side. When I passed by a cluster of boys, one was like, "[Boy who is not crush] LIKES YOU"
And I just said "cool" and went back to comparing heights
And holy crap
HE'S TOO TALL ;-;
