I was on my way into the south town of San Francisco, I had to see where this Terrace View area was. Not to mention against my father's wishes but it was daylight. I followed my gps down a few small roads and valleys until a came across a parking lot. Brick laid a small area, where garbage cans and old boxes plastered the area.

I stepped out of my car, locking it as I took a walk. I looked around and most of the people who walked, looked scared walking on the opposite side of the street, they never looked this way. Something was hidden to where it only could be seen at night, not during the day.

I walked squeezing by the old boxes and dumpsters. "Shelley this is so unsanitary." I said to myself. It couldn't have been this was but my senses were off the radar this morning that I couldn't bypass them.

The smell was hectic, I couldn't even catch a whiff of fresh air. I took my shirt by the collar and covered my nose. I walked along the path and silver, dull doors stood at the end of the alleyway. I stood there as my heart beat heavily beat. On the opposite end of the alleyway stood a woman.

I didn't see her there at first but from a distance, she was black and her stare never left. Her glare shakes me up a little but as I looked longer, her thoughts.. "Who are you? What are you doing here?" But I didn't dare to answer, I turned around and walked back out of the alley. I took a deep breath, gagging.

"That was terrible." I said but my mind went to that woman. Her words fragmented my mind because how her thought screamed envy, hate and an unlikeness already against me. I kept walking to my car and I got in safely. I looked back at the area and there was the woman! She still stands there with the same look, gladly I managed to withstand her devilish look.

I looked back grabbing my keys and sticking them in the car ignition. I looked back up and she was gone. I took another breath of release and I drove out, driving about 60 to get out of the area. I looked in my rearview mirror, making sure I wasn't being followed. I gasped, almost slamming on the breaks at a red light, when my father called.

"Hello Daddy?" I said as I clutched my chest. I couldn't imagine what could be the problem now that it wasn't close to eleven yet. 10:30am to be exact.

"Shel, I have a meeting soon here at the office so, can you come this way and pick the package up?" He said. Why the codes names, I don't possibly know but I imagine he wasn't at a good place to talk. "Of course I will come and pick it up. I'll be there in ten minutes." I said.

"Oh, you sound like your shaky in your voice.. I-" I interrupted him. "Dad, I am fine, I had to take care of something early and it was just a bad scene around the corner." I Lied. I didn't want to lie but I always felt like he was lying, especially about this. I hope I am not wrong.

My mind however thought about the mind blowing words that the stranger woman was asking. As if guarding that alley, I believe I have found Terrace View but I wasn't sure. I needed proof, however my psychic powers couldn't reveal much to me so the struggle was real at this point. The only way i find out is if I search. I had to come back at night but I wasn't sure how I was going to do this.

20 Minutes Later..

"Now Shel, are you sure you want to read these because sometimes things are better not read." My dad said as he placed his hands on the books, guarding them as if his life depended on it. Awhile, I stand nearly a feet from him, looking at all he has accomplished well.. his paintings.

"Dad can you just trust me?" I said annoyed, "Why would you hide something like this? I mean what's your value in it?" I said as I turned to look at him.

"No, I am only asking because I love you and I don't want anything to happen to you." He said as I hear the chair slide and my father's footsteps towards me. I feel his sacredness as he walked towards me and I faced him.
