I  was studying my books on things that my mother taught me. Some evil spirts or an evil person would cloud its area. The fact that now four days after my supernatural attack, I had to think about a lot. Vivid dreams about a man dressed in red floating around the area with bloody eyes and blood seeping through his teeth didn't settle well in my stomach. However, whoever killed him wanted him dead beyond measure and the curiosity killed me.

I cleaned up the blood and broken glass that was spreader out all over my floor. I left it there only to study it and why was it put there. I sighed as I thought of things that my mother would teach me and how she would tell me things to remember but that was long ago.

I grabbed some old Barron salt to sprinkle around my house. I lit candles and sat some candles on the table ahead of me. I waited until the time struck 10 as I grabbed the heavy book and opened it. The rain shadowed lightly as I managed to read some pages.

There's a chapter in here about bringing back then dead as I read through it. I heard a low pitch scream coming from outside the nearby window but I kept reading. The spell it's self was marked by a few drops of blood that landed on it. I grabbed the black and white picture of the man. I placed it on the book, looking from his picture to the spell I read:

To the dawn of the dead,
may you rise across the blood shed. Let the soul who was deemed dead without cause be worthy to be alive.

Open the passage as I, Shelley, take the matters of life and death between my own hands. I cater my desires within these words to mend the broken and endure the fate.

To witness the tragedy and take on what I bid my own wonders to become. Bring back ordinance to the item below me. To be completed, I bid my life, my heart and my blood. I awaken you, I submit myself to you. Awake, Awake, Awake."

After I finished reading, all the candles blew out all at once. The only light was from the kitchen. My heart pound louder as I keep hearing the muffled sounds of screaming from the outside and the night became darker.

Omniscient

The darkness swept around town and a fog cascaded the area. The rain cleared but a smooth blissful air, swayed in. The wolves howled especially around the San Francisco Cemetery. The fog zoomed around and it thickens as the words of Shelley shakes the land.

The wind picks up speed as the ground shakes, the cool, crisp air takes it's shift and the tomb falls backwards. Six feet down, the red casket is plummeted with a hand going through it. Before long, the ground sinks in and out, as a pair of skeletal hands stretch out, along with a high pitch scream of the dead awakening. Thunder cracks as the atmosphere now opens a new era, a blood thirsty creature who now roams the new land. To all who have deemed wrong shall meet their fate of death.

The smell of death moves as the corpses body walks along the path. Moving in a eight paces a minute. It sees the night guard, fast asleep and with one quick move he takes his prey by the neck, taking a chunk off his neck and sucking him dry.

As the man's body shakes vigorously and the going stuff. The corpse's body changes back into the shape. No more than he stands there looking around in his presence, a sense of urgency flowed across him. He runs to the last place he was known, in front of Shelley's house. It was his at first and he knew this but he smelled the salt that was barricaded around the house. It didn't keep him from entering because that was an old folk tale for people other than his kind. Needless to say, other night crawlers. Although he wanted to enter, he doesn't, he just stands there looking through the window. His blood shot red eyes sparkled at the vision of beauty in front of him, his x-ray vision was able to see her beautiful, smelling blood and her red beating heart that he could clearly hear beating slowly. However, he knew it was her voice that awakened him, he just didn't know why. "My beautiful love." He said in a low whisper.

He looks beyond her, noticing the book that laid in front of her, as he made himself hear her thoughts, all he could hear were the words, "Michael" and "What happened to you?" he closed his eyes almost imagining her and him along the beach shores of California beyond the sunlight. But what he was already differs from any fairytale. He was in love already at the sight of her but he had special revenges and things he had to take care of first.

"I'll be watching you my love. You will be my queen." He lowly whispered to himself as he eventually vanished when the dry lightening flashed.

Shelley

In life you take chances right? Have I made the wrong mistake, hell, I wasn't sure. After I read those words out loud and the lights went out I figured it was just a random power outage. After a good twenty minutes of the howling outside and the wind picking up speed, the lights came back on with ease. I sat down on the floor by my sofa, looking at everything that was in front of me. Then as I looked up, a slim figure was standing by my window. I couldn't see the face or make out if it was a man or a woman but if it was that woman that flung me against the wall a few days ago, she was not able to enter.

The fireplace however flickered a little as I looked, the flames almost reached its highest point as I jumped feeling a panicky and then they died back down. I touched my chest, my heart beated fairly quickly but as I looked back out the window, the figure was no where in site. I jumped up and looked out my window, on both sides, the streets were empty. Tonight wasn't a good night, I wiped over my face trying to get myself together as my phone rings and I answered it.

"Hello?" I said but it was only someone's breathing as she lowly said, "What have you done?" Then the phone hangs up. Now that shit really frightened me. I looked at my phone to try and retrace the number back but the number was invalid. I kept the salt on the floor because I didn't want to have a minor stroke of anyone creeping inside my home while I was in bed sleeping. I am only 29 years old and I have a whole life long adventure that awaits me.

That phone call haunted me for the rest of the night. I kept the salt on the floor as I put all the books up and I went to shower to get things off my mind a little bit. Once I finished, I stepped out and a message was on my mirror.

"Hello My Love"

I rubbed my eyes again as the message stayed out for as long as I was standing there. "I must be going crazy." I mumbled to myself but to now prevail, I couldn't figure any of it out. I dried myself off and I put on my night clothes. I crawled into bed and placed my phone on the charger. Tonight was just enough to exhaust someone and it was me.

I stared at the night sky as the moonlight shine it's crescent light through the window. The motionless sky stayed still and I finally went to sleep.
