In the parking lot waiting for Jin, Jungkook was surprised when Jin texted him to come to pick him up earlier than usual. Due to this, he had rushed to pick up Mia from her school, taking her to Namjoon's house, and then driving back to pick up Jin on time as he requested. However, after waiting for over an hour outside, he regretted rushing.

Currently, he was waiting in the car for Jin while eating a slice of pizza he had picked up on his way to pick up Mia but hadn't had time to eat. After eating the pizza, he took the empty bag he had the slice in and crumbled it. Taking his hand sanitizer, he cleaned his hands and got out of the car, walking towards the trash bin in the parking lot and throwing it there.

He sprayed the air freshener he kept in the car when he returned to the car, hoping that none of the pizza scents had made their way into the back, which he doubted since the divider was closed. Once he was done, he got back out of the car, going to the back seat to ensure the car was clean. Earlier, after dropping Jimin off at school, he had checked but wanted to confirm once more.

After seeing everything was in order, he went back to the driver's side and was about to get inside when he saw Jin exit the building. He reached into the car, took out the flowers he had picked up for Jin, and waited patiently for him to walk over and open the car door for him as he went.

As Jin approached closer, he could see Jin's irritated expression, but it didn't upset him since he anticipated it.

"How was your day at work today? I'm hoping it wasn't too stressful. These are for you," Jungkook says as he smiles at him and offers him the flowers.

Jin inhaled deeply and rolled his eyes, as he couldn't believe Jungkook's audacity. "I'm heading to Jimin's school, and I need to be there in thirty minutes." After saying what he needed to say, he climbed inside the vehicle, unconcerned about taking Jungkook's flowers.

Jungkook was not startled by Jin's response; in fact, he foresaw it. "I don't believe you heard me, but I got these for you," he said as he set the flowers next to Jin in the back seat. "Don't worry; I'll make sure you arrive at Jimin's school on time." He then shut the door behind him, denying Jin the chance to answer.

"I'm going to need a new driver," Jin said, staring at the flowers and then at the closed door in bewilderment.

"Why?" Jin was taken aback when Jungkook questioned him since he hadn't realized the partition was down.

"Did I ask you to open that?"

"No, but you look stressed, and it seems like you need someone to talk to. You can talk to me since I am available and ready to listen. What's going on? Why are you going to Jimin's school? Did something happen to him?"

"Nothing happened to him other than he is failing all his damn classes, which is all he ever does. I am not even sure why I waste my efforts paying for him to go to that damn school. He should drop out." Jin is furious that he had to leave work to meet with Jimin's instructor, who had been pleading with him to come in at all times. As if Jimin-related issues couldn't be handled over the phone.

"Have you considered hiring a tutor for him? Perhaps he is struggling at school. When I was in high school, I remember it wasn't easy since there was so much I had to do." As he talked to Jin, Jungkook looked in the rearview mirror.

Jin had started scrolling through his phone and was no longer listening to Jungkook's words. Jungkook observed this.

"Do you ever believe he behaves poorly in school as a method of getting your attention? Jimin does not strike me as someone who is not smart. I'm shocked he's having trouble in school; has this always been the situation with him?"
