"Hey!" I saw Fong, our friend from college run up to me as I walked out of the building. I came to get us some coffee from his favourite café.
"Hey..." I mumbled, a slight smile making its way to my lips. He still hasn't grown, I thought as I looked down at him while he panted, looking up at me with wide eyes, a large smile taking over his features as I watch, making his eyes disappear. Adorable as always.
"How have you been??" Going in for a hug as soon as he caught his breathe.
"Oh. Uh.. Been good so far... And... Uh, and you? What about you?" That was embarrassing. I really don't know how to respond to people anymore.
"Haha! Cute! Well, Me? I've been just... Living I'd say." He laughed. I laughed along too.
"Well, good news is I'm moving here! I got a transfer." He smiled again. Oh.
"Oh! That's great. And! How are you and Ohm now?"
"Ah.. We're... What do I say, kinda like.. on a hiatus right now you know.... Since my transfer here was unexpected. We kinda fought before I left. So I don't really know. He refused to contact me all these days."
"Oh... Hope you guys mend it soon. How long have you been here?"
"Umm.. Around something like a three days? I guess. How's he? You guys still together or what?"
"Oh he's doing great! Yeah, still together."
"Glad to hear that! I'm guessing this coffee is for him?" I nodded at the question.
"Actually I need to go now, but thought I'd talk for a bit when I saw you. I'm leaving then! Tell him I miss him! See you guys around!" He said already walking away.
"Yeah I will. See you around too. Maybe we can hang out sometime." I offered a smile as he ran away after waving his hand wildly.
Now, Let's get this coffee to it's rightful owner~
