We were put in a place where Jigen won't be able to find us.

Unless someone rats us out

Such a huge place, I don't think 1 marble will be enough

I take out 2 of them and just stare

"Y/n come here, take a seat" Jigen said pointing at a chair next to him

I slowly walk over and pull the chair away to a safe distance from him. He smiles

"Would you like to make a deal with me?"

I glared at him "Why the hell would I make a deal with-!"

Jigen held up a picture, a picture of them

"How- why do you have that!?" I launched myself towards him in attempt to grab the picture only to be knocked into the ground

I quickly got up and tried taking it again

It really was no use

"You want to see them again, don't you?" He asked

I stayed quiet

Can he really bring them back?

"I can bring them back, take these and use them wisely"

He handed over some marbles.

Now I understand

I crush the marbles to dust and blow them away

That should cover most of it

Kawaki jolted awake and looked around

"Where are we? Where's Y/n!? Oh"

I just smiled at him

"Ne, Y/n, is you're Karma gone?" Kawaki asked I looked at my palm

My failed Karma is only half gone

I showed him my palm. Kawaki gripped my hand and brought it close to his lips

"I promise we'll get rid of you're Karma" He whispered

He let's go of my hand and I let it drop to the side

Black mist surrounded Kawaki's arm

"Kawaki!"

I get ahold of his hand and tried pulling him out of it but it was like someone was holding on from the other side

My eyes widened in realization.

I bit my lip questioning myself

I mentally shook my head

I came this far, there's no way in hell I'll have my work go down the drain

I weakened my grip and let the mist surrounded us both

I held Kawaki by the back of his coat to prevent him from falling. I pulled him back and gasped when I saw Isshiki hold Naruto down by his throat

At least Isshiki is still standing on his feet

Naruto told us to run, but Kawaki wasn't moving I heard Isshiki say he only had about 5 minutes

I grab Kawaki's arm and make a run for it

"No! We can't leave lord seventh-!"

"Listen to yourself Kawaki! If Naruto can't beat him what makes you think we can!? If we let him capture you now, all this will be in vain!"

"But-!"

"But my ass! You no longer have Karma, you no longer hold the power you once used to! You gotta wake up to reality!"

Kawaki was at loss for words

"5 minutes. 5 minutes is all we need. So please, just cooperate with me"

I turn the corner and was grabbed by the throat "Y/N!"

"You both know you can't escape"

I push my knuckles to his medial epicondyle causing him to release me. I have the heel of my foot punch his chin up

"Run Kawaki!"

"But-"

"Run for fucks sake!"

I wasn't paying attention to my opponent and I was pushed to the ground with great force

Isshiki took out a rod.

Everything went in slow motion

Is this where I die?

I'm not fast enough to dodge this!

I closed my eyes waiting for the impact but it never came

"Y/n!"

I open my eyes

Sasuke. . .

"Get up! Get up and run! Protect Kawaki!"

Sasuke had switched places with me

I got up and nodded "Thank you, sensei"

Isshiki yelled out Kawaki's name and sent a bunch of rods onto the ground

I grab Kawaki and place him inside a small hole I made on a boulder. I used my body to cover him since the hole was barely big enough for the both of us

Only a single strand of my hair was cut

That bastard ruined my hair!

I grab Kawaki's arm "Hurry! Let's go"

We started running until his robotic arm fell

Kawaki sat down and placed his arm down. He let out nothing but heavy breaths

I reached out and placed his head on my chest. The same way Naruto held us that one day at the flower shop

"Relax Kawaki, you're safe now"

Kawaki's eyes widened he could feel Naruto's touch within you

"That's what he said to us didn't he? Whatever happens, he's gonna protect us. He gave us his word, and he never goes back on his word, now does he?"
