"I'm fine my love.... When I look at all the familiar names memories flash before my very eyes it's as if I was still there" The vampire replied letting out a sad sigh however his lips tugged up slightly feeling his wife rub a soothing hand against his shoulder
"It's okay to think of the past but it's best to remember to good times you spent with them instead of the bad" Genesis whispered before they stopped staring down at the grave of none other than Jaspers ex lover
Genesis could see the hurt within Jaspers eyes as the male knelt down tracing his fingers against the engraving within the white stone venom welled up within his eyes however they don't shed.
"Hello Marie... it's been a long time, centuries to be exact... I just want to let you know im happy I have a beautiful wife who I'm sure you would of made friends with straight away as well as children... to many to count actually" Jasper chuckled beneath his breathe before his smile widened "I hope you are at peace I will forever remember you"
The witch didn't say anything merely passing a poppy to Jasper who gently took it only to place it on the ground his sadness fading away as he remembered the times they shared together

"I regret it.... I regret leaving for the war for even becoming a vampire but when I turned and met you" Jaspers gaze then turned to the beautiful witch before him "I knew I didn't made a mistake I knew... that it was destiny"
Genesis smiled a pearly white smile as the Texas vampire got up from the ground making king strides towards her before the two embraced one another their lips locked together deeply
