Part 9 : Awkward

It's been three weeks, both Bal dengan Akim were doing good. Lepak mcam biasa, having lunch and dinner together or just randomly text.

That said, Bal dah start masak dekat rumah and she needed to cook for two portion sebab Akim nak jugak apa yang dia masak. She doesnt know if she s a good cooker, tapi macamtulah.

But since someone was coming at her house, they didnt meet. Akim did teasing her, like - "Ha tak jumpa tu jangan rindu aku pulak," said him. Of course Bal mestila akan deny habis habisan.

She finally free on Sunday night, and thought that she needs to do the laundry so he texted Akim, 'Dobi lu,' said her. 'Okay elok elok, aku nak pergi lepak ni,' He replied. Ever since they met, it's usual for em to update everything they do.

Bal cakap, sebab dia risau apa apa jadi,Akim tau, alah Bal cakap jela kau nak chat dia lol.

She patiently put down the clothes bag, nak tukar masuk baju apa semua kan then after siap, she got home nak letak sabun dengan softener back to it place. Sempat grab a notebook sebab she got MUET coming and she needed to do some practices.

'Dobi kan'
'Keluar jap'

'Ha?'
'Aku otw baru'

'Jap'
'Kau tunggu'
'aku datang'

Bal pelik, benda awang ni? Kata nak pergi lepak. Kalini Bal terpinga pinga, tiba tiba datang satu Kancil lalu sebelah Bal and it stopped.

Akim bukak pintu and looked at Bal for awhile before snickering, shutting the door and left. Lagi lah Bal terpinga pinga, bende dia ni kenapa pulak, stop kereta lepastu blah je. That said, Bal who was actually falling mestila macam, STOOOPPP MY HEART CANT TAKE YOUR RANDOM ACTIONS SIR

Esok petangnya, Bal plan nak keluar but it was suddenly raining, so terpaksa la cancel but tiba tiba Akim ajak ikut dia kerja. Bal ikut je, masuk je kereta, ada dua org that she already met before, - Haizad and Anaqi.

"Mana," soal Bal, looking at reflection Akim on the mirror. "Hantar Anaqi, lepastu kemas homestay," jawab Akim. Bal angguk. She already knew yg Akim memang selalu ambik upah kemas homestay sebab recently, Akim guna her bank account instead untuk masukkan duit upah kemas homestay.

Fast forward, macam biasa Akim memang suka mengusik Bal. He literally asked Bal menyapu satu rumah but then gelak gelak sambil keluarkan vacuum. Bal nak marah banyak kali dah tapi sabar jela. Lepas siap je kemas apa semua, and Anaqi dah datang join skali kemas they decided to call it off.

Bal tolong Haizad angkat beg satu yg besar, ringan je ada toto dengan selimut yg nak kena dobi. But then waktu diorg tgh kecoh kecoh bising, who thought Akim akan slide between em, and slowly ambik beg dekat tangan Bal.

Got into the lift together, and Bal accidentally made eye contact dengan Akim, "Apa," he asked. Bal geleng, averting her eyes away. 'DAMN RANDOM EYE CONTACT IS SO AWKWARD' Bal dah larikan mata dia but she could feel Akim's gaze.

Bal tengah nervous ni, "Jangan pandang aku, aku tak suka," that- she accidentally slipped words she didnt mean out of from her mouth. She could see how Akim's face from a cheerful one to the straight face.

Ting!

Lif terbukak, laju je Akim tinggalkan Bal dengan Anaqi Haizad dekat belakang. Bal auto blur, - did i hurt his pride? soal Bal.

"Akim, kau nak mana, kan nak pergi dobi," soal Haizad, sebab laju je Akim melulu masuk kereta padahal tadi dah bincang nak lepak dobi. "Korang pergi lah, aku nak duduk dalam kereta" said him, "Nah ambik beg,"

Bal hulur tangan nak ambik beg, sebab dua dua Anaqi Haizad tangan penuh. "Ambik ni," Akim pas terus dekat Haizad walaupun tangan Bal obvious depan muka dia. Bal tercengang, dalam masa yang sama, anger issue Bal dah triggered teruk dah ni.

Siap dobi apa semua, three of em masuk kereta. Kalini, apa Haizad dengan Anaqi cakap, semua kena ignore dengan Akim. He just drive mana dia nak pergi, Haizad dah kemain cerita, Akim senyap je.

Bal terus ws Akim, its kinda awkward for her to speak so, 'Akim, kau okay tak?' asked Bal, 'You didnt seem good to me,' she added.

Haizad asked him to stop dekat kedai gajet, so he stopped without talking. Tinggal Bal berdua dengan Akim dalam kereta, he opened his whatsapp and HE COMPLETELY IGNORE HER WHATSAPP IN FRONT OF HER.

Bal nak marah tapi dia senyap, its just a normal line, kenapa nak triggered- is what Bal thought.

Later, Akim left em three in the car. "Akim tu okay tak," asked Bal to both Anaqi and Haizad.

"Akim kalau mood dia tak kena memang macmtu, aku selalu kena," said Haizad. Anaqi angguk, "Aku lagi selalu kena," they laughed this time. Is it caused by me? soal Bal. They went to Family Mart after that, tapi berasingan sebab Akim ignore Bal habis habisan.
