.~ Gus's POV ~.
Matt had just fallen asleep. My exhaustion still hadn't caught up, however, I noticed my eyes hesitantly drooping. I turned my scroll off, resting on my bed, gazing at the tiny solar system in the air. Oh, shoot. Matt doesn't have a blanket. I rushed over to my sheets closet, picking out a fuzzy, pink blanket. I gently laid it over Matt, but suddenly my eyes focused on his face.
His eyes were shut tight, his mouth sucking on one of his fingers like most babies do (and I self-admittedly do). I had only just realised how attractive his hair was; a messy, M shaped abundance of hair dangling over his face and pointed ears. I couldn't resist but walk over to him, gently pulling his hair to reveal his forehead and lips.
GUS, WHAT ARE YOU DOING? OH, TITAN I'M SO CLOSE HELP.
I reluctantly moved away from his face, walking backwards to avoid any noises. Unfortunately, there were some McBelos leftover boxes, resulting me to collapse over Matt.
I've definitely woken him up. I paused, waiting for any signs of movement...yet Matt stayed motionless. As I was about to get off, he slowly turned to his side and hugged me by the waist. OH, NO THIS IS NOT GOOD.
I tried to escape his grasp. He sniffled a bit and pulled me tighter earning a very red colour all over my face. "I love you," he murmured before snoring quietly. OH MY TITAIN, HE JUST SAID HE LOVED ME. My face was indescribably flustered, every part of my body growing red (don't you think about it). Even if he was just sleep talking, I felt as if he had really meant his. My warm feelings were coming back again.
After resting in his arms for a bit, my eyes slowly came to a shut. I felt really comfortable and safe next to him, which I had no idea why. Sure, I have gone crazy with boys sometimes but...Matt felt different.
Before I finally felt myself sleep, I noticed Matt's adorable, little snores stop.
A light kiss was felt on my face.
