Kane snr stressed out the fact that the deal between the Alaskins was cancelled because it was a big deal for Wayte industries, Wayte industries had a branch in almost every part of the world and they were in competion especially when it came to the fashion part but their biggest competition was Vitriolic wears.
The owner has always been in competition with Kane snr. The beef dates back to their younger days, in this case part of the reason Snr despises women is because his mother founded V.W his own mother supported his rivals business just because she fell for Tomikay Hardens Father, every time she got close to Snr it was only temporary because she needed inside information for V.W and just like that every idea, and every sketch given to V.W like it was a gift on christmas morning, his father could not bare seeing him get heartbroken every time so Hayten Wayte killed his own ex wife in front of Zaynder Hardens or so Snr has heard. When he met jnr's mother he had forgotten the betrayal of his mother and he married her, but after the birth of jnr, she killed herself only leaving a note for why she did it, 'I'm in love with another man' it wrote, did it not shatter his heart, knowing that all along her love for him was fake, so ever since jnr started growing his kept him far away from women. Hayten was currently married to someone new, the reason him and Natalia split was because he confessed about his sexuality and could not keep living a double life. It was difficult for snr at first but he ended up accepting that Joshuah was his father too. Who knew the fashion industry was quite messy.
"You and this infatuative stage of yours needs to be stopped we are not going to be backtracked by a woman you understand me!" the young man did not appreciate his father calling his love for Ruby foolish , when his about to respond his father didn't give him the chance to respond he walked out of the room and left not risking hearing his only son defy him Snr knew that if V.W got word that they didn't get the deal they would not hesitate swooping in for the steal, "Are y'all talking about me once again ,how you can't stop saying my name." it was quite evident the woman was eavesdropping on the whole conversation "You are one troublesome woman...stubborn too if i may add. Conniving and conning " the lady cooed and batterd her eye lashes just like a cartoon would "I think Snr had rubbed off of on you with these foul descriptions of me, and if you know me on a deeper yet personal level then you know those words do not really describe me ...i am a what do they call it i'm a sweetheart and i'm very very innocent."
The day carried on as if it was normal except for the fact that Kane was sitting curled up with Ruby,his father had walked in and found them watching movies, in and out ,in and out he came and everytime he left the room tsk-ing away. "Don't you wanna carry my children?" the young man rather demanded than asked out of the blue, the young woman did not even hesitate to think about it "Nope." the man turned around and looked the woman in the eyes seeming in some way offended. "I've been in love with you for years and the least you can do is carry my lifeline baby look i don't know for how long i've gotta defend you to show you that i love you Ruby." the woman internally laughs and scolds herself that if she laughs in his face would be mean,and totally mean.
"Listen Kane, I love you I do but I just came back...and I mean having a baby is a lot to deal with." the man refused to listen and slowly stood from the position he was lying in next to Ruby and he walked away with his cooldrink and bowl of popcorn in his hand. The woman did not even seem bothered to chase after the young man to apologize because she felt like she had an opinion in her own life ,and a child would disturb her, especially with what she has planned.
