It's been 7 years naruto and sai are still together and engaged along with other married or engaged couples. kiba and hinata, shikamaru and temari, choking and ino (I don't ship it's just for this chapt), suigetsu and Karin, sakura and Lee (since no one else wanted her) and sasuke came back with Itachi after finding out what really happened and Itachi had a kid with deidara while sasuke stayed single.
Onto the main couple naruto and sai they have been engaged for about a month and also had a little kid named tsuyoshi (means strong in Japanese)
