Run.
Run.

That's all that was going through Gingerbraves mind at that moment.

Almond was close behind, shouting.

Ginger couldn't understand what.

The sword was dragging along side him.
God it was heavy.

If he hadn't picked it up in the first place, he wouldn't be in this situation!

He ran, cutting his limbs on random vines that covered the path.

Almond was catching up. He knew ginger couldn't run for long.

..he came to a ledge. He skidded to a stop, and turned around to fave almond.

"Cmon, brave. Just.. Just drop the sword, and come with me."

Almond could tell how scared the boy was. He knew if he just.. Convinced him, he would come quietly.

But, brave had other plans.

"S--step back! I-ill hurt you! I will!" Ginger aimed the sword at almond.

What had gotten into him?! Almond had never seen him like this. He was usually fun to be around, and wouldn't hurt a fly.

Almond stepped closer.

"Just.. Put it down. We can talk about this."

"s-stay back! I'm warning you!"
Ginger swung his sword at him.

"SHIT-!" ginger had managed to cut almonds leg. Thankfully it was just a scratch but..

"Alright ginger, I..I'll leave." Almond stepped back. And left.

Little did ginger know, he was just going to get backup.

Ginger ran along the cliff. Back into the forest at a different spot.
He ran, and.. Tripped on a vine.

"Agh.."

His leg had gotten twisted in the vine. As he was struggling to get free, the bush next to him rattled.

"W-whos there?! I'm armed!"

Ginger pointed the sword at the bush.

And something reached its monstrous arm out, and grabbed the blade.

"Jeez kid. Chill out."

Ginger knew that red and White cake arm.

"Red velvet cookie?"

"Surprised?"
