Raising a Pokemon together

A/N: Let's say the local professor asked you two to help them take care of a recently hatched Pokemon together. How would that turn out?

Marnie

- She would welcome the Pokemon with open arms

-Literally, she would carry it around instead of a Pokeball

- Always eat lunch together!

- You look like a couple of cool parents™

- It loves to cuddle with the plush at your base

- A healthy mix of battles and contests

- Time for an outdoors adventure! Land or ocean, depending on the type

- She would make sure it wins its first contest ever

Gloria

-She carries around in her arms or her bag, no in-between

-Camping time! She packed some good food for this one

-"It's fine, the dish is not that spicy anyway!"

-Yes, yes it was

Serena

-She would be confused at first, honestly

- You bet she would find something fabulous for it to wear

- You get the hang of it pretty quickly. Fabulous family for the win

-‌The amount of sass that pokemon would end up with is unholy

Courtney

-She shamelessly says it's yours and her son/daughter

- The pokemon doesn't know whether to like her or be scared of her

- She brings it over to the hideout sometimes. No, she won't talk about it

- She likes to push it to its limits, but will never actually hurt it

-You would take turns to take care of it while you worked

-She uses her powers to carry it around

- While she acts like the "cold and distant" parent, you'd be the kind and caring one

-The moment nobody's watching, she pampers the crap out of it

Cynthia

-You act like such caring parents

- Seriously that Pokemon is probably the most safeguarded creature on the planet

- She lets her team play with it, knowing they'd act gentle around it

- It might be a bit of a problem for her to say goodbye once it's done though

Nessa

- Did somebody say baby pokemon photoshoot?

-She takes it for a ride on her Milotic's back

- Easily one of the kindest "parents" in the list

- Every day, you'd make some time to hang out, all of you

Bea

-You made sure it was healthy, mentally speaking

-Bea made sure it could kick ASS

-Really, she takes it to the Wild Area to train with her. Her squad made sure no harm would come to it 

- She even came up with a workout routine for her, you, and the little creature to train together

Dawn

-She studied EVERY single detail she could

- Was it feeding it the right type of berry?

-Not only are you raising a Pokemon, but you're also constantly soothing her

-"Y/N, please don't take it there!"

Lillie

-You bet she would ask the Professor again and again about specifics

-Mallow too would get asked a lot of quesitons about what to feed it

-Also she would 100% cuddle it every night

- It would be a bit bittersweet for her. Them Nebby flashbacks are strong

Iris

- She instantly grows attached to it

- You bet your teams treats it like a little sibbling

- When you go for a flight, she likes to gently raise it. Touch the sky, baby!

- "I know the experiment's over but...I can still come see it, right?"
