We have another type of celebration today. It's celebrating me and Jessie.

Apparently, a lot of people wanted Elias dead. Don didn't want to have it but people insisted.

I was currently getting ready with Harland. He was wearing a black tuxedo and his hair was slicked back.

I'm wearing a blood red tuxedo to match with Jess. She's wearing a red gown.

I haven't seen her dress yet but I'm sure she will look absolutely gorgeous in it.

But her and I have been getting a lot of attention recently. It's been hard to spend time together.

"Looking sharp." Harland joked pointing finger guns at me.

"Shut it Har. What am I supposed to do about Jess?" I turned to face him as I placed my hand on the bathroom counter.

"Bro, she loves more than I've ever seen." He raised a brow.

"Harland. I'm terrified. She and I aren't meant to be together." I pinched the bridge of my nose stressfully.

"Your not ending things with her because your blindsided Leo. I've never seen you as happy as you are right now. And it's because of her."

"I know! That's the fucking problem. She's become my entire world!"

"I know. You and her are perfect for each other. She's happy around you." Harland defending his point.

"Jess is probably the best that's ever happened to me. But what if she wants to leave me for someone better than me? What if she can't handle me!" I complained.

"Leo! There's no one in this universe quite like you. And if she does leave, she is so fucking stupid."

I took a second to look at Harland. I saw the genuine look on his face.

I sighed. "Thanks Har."

I hate thanking people.

"Now let's go get our goddesses."

Goddess is a understatement for Jess.

Me and Harland walked down the ballroom stairs. My eyes scanned the room looking for Jess.

I eventually found the one girl wearing the red dress.

"Found her, later Har." I left Harland's side and made my way over to Jess.

"Hey cupcake." I smiled and wrapped my hand around her waist. I saw how her muscles tensed.

I love the effect I have on her.

"Leo, this is Brianna." I looked over to the girl Jessie was talking to.

She had short blond hair and was wearing a navy blue dress.

I looked back to Jess and spoke to her.

"Want to find Tess and Harland?" I asked her completely ignoring Brianna.

"Aren't you going to introduce yourself?" Jess gestured to Brianna with a stern look.

She's cute when she's mad.

"No." I smirked and we walked away.

Once we found Tessa and Harland, Jess and Tessa went off to dance and me and Harland went over to the bar.

I got a glass of whiskey and Harland got a beer.

"I hate this." I grumbled to Harland.

The amount of attention we were getting was overwhelming.
