IRL - The Panel with Friend

(Based on the galaxy con panel with david tennant and catherine tate back in 2019)

It was a nice day in the uk and it was the day before san diago comic com where they will announce the things they will be making for phase 4 of the MCU, emily had nothing to do as she sat on tom's bed as he was packing for a 2 day trip, she watch him put the clothes in his suitcase with her tongue sticking out, all of a sudden she receives a text and she looks at it, it was from david and he was asking her if she would like to do a panel with him and catherine, she said yes to him and she jumps off the bed
"where are you going?" tom asks as she jumps off the bed
"friend asked me to do panel with him so i'm goin' to do it with him, he said it will be about 45 minutes to an hour and we don't set off till 5 so i'm goin'," emily replies and she goes out the room
"ok, be back before 5" tom says in his parent voice and emily giggles
"i will dad, don't worry" emily says and then she teleports as she disappears
she reappears at the place where they were hosting a con called 'galaxy con' and she finds david and catherine waiting to go on the panel
"hi friend!" emily says softly when she sees david and david smiles when he turns around to het
"emily! nice to see you again!" david replies and he hugs her
"yeah, nice to see you again, emily" catherine says after emily and david hug and emily headbutts catherine's hand
she scratches emily head and then the host guy starts talking, the host guy then introduces david and he walks onto the stage with catherine and emily still behind stage
"um, it's nice to see all of you!" david says happily as everyone cheers "but before we start, can i have some friends on stage?" he asks and the host shrugs "my first one is someone that i just met behind stage and o think so some kind of comedian, i don't know, she called herself catherine" he says sounding like he had no idea who she was and she walks on stage making everyone cheer
"hello everyone! and just before he introduces the other person, i just want to say that i heard someone tut before i came out so, i don't know what to say but...tough!" catherine says and everyone laughs
"and my other person, is small, is red and white, can fly and she's very cute" david says and before he could introduce her, emily came out on stage and everyone cheers happily
"hewwo!" emily says with a wave from her right paw and everyone cheers and waves back
the trio then sits down and emily sits in the place where the host was suppose to go and when he sees emily takes his spot, he sighs and decides to stand up as she was going to go by the audience mic anyway
"so before we get to the questions, i just want to ask, how did you end up on doctor who?" the host says and emily rolls her eyes as she knew she with david and catherine have told this story before
"sorry, i am a bit jet lagged, i was in doctor who?" david says and emily giggles
"reah, you were in it with meb ans cathy over dere" emily says and points to herself in the chest then at catherine "i sat on your shoulder and you spouted out comment on how smarts you were" she adds and david remembers as he lights up happily
"oh yeah! i remember that! good times...anyway" david says and then changed the subject
he then explains how russell and julie took him to their house one day after filming casanova and after showing some clips of doctor who with chris, they asked him to be the new doctor and his inner fan boy was jumping around the room happily, catherine then explains how she never watched doctor who but she knew that she'll do it when she was asked to be donna in the runaway bride as david was in it, she then tells about how julie just brought it up during a dinner that they 'her and russell' would like to come as donna and she was happy to, emily then kept hers short and said she came on set of the christmas invasion and they straight up put her in the show without sighing anything as she is a cat, she then stayed in the show till calpadi's last episode and she's happy for her time on doctor who, everyone claps and then it was time for the fan questions.
"so what in going to do is, i'm going to go down there and you lot get to ask your questions to these 2 and make sure if you can make it for all 3 of them" the host says as he goes over to the mic for the fan questions
"before that starts, i just want to say that if it's about sci-fi, i won't be able to answer it" catherine says and everyone laughs
"also, don't ask dem anything about favourites, dey won't answer dem and avoid the question by sayin' 'you can't choose favouites, it's impossible' like dat" emily says pointing to david and catherine and everyone laughs "you can ask me faverites dho, i will tell you all the favourites" she adds and smiles with her tongue sticking out
"what's in your bag?" david asks as he sees the host with a white bag
"uhh, candy! they ask a question, they get candy!" the host says and holds up some sweets
"candy, that's american for sweets" david says to catherine
"that's ridiculous!" cathrine says and everyone chuckles
"reah, they also call chips, fries" emily says and both catherine and david roll their eyes
"that's ridiculous" both david and catherine says and everyone laughs
"U.S.A! U.S.A!" the host says and emily snarls at him
"oi! shut up!" emily says and the host shuts his mouth "good, onto the questions!" she says happily and everyone claps a little
"ok, what's your name? what's your question?" the host says to a lady and she looked a little nervous
"hello, my names (name here), and i was wondering if was anything that you didn't in any tv show or movie that you liked but everyone else didn't" the girl says and both david and catherine went to think
"so you are asking if there was anything we like but other people thought it was rubbish, is that what your saying?" catherine says and everyone laughs then emily speaks up as she remembers something
"oh! somebody asked dis question last year vhen i went to ace comic con" emily says as she remembers the event "it was the panel that had meb, seddy, tommy and...anthony-banthony...mmm...anyvay, dis lady asked that question and den it turned into tommy roasting anthony-banthony cuz he didn't watch the spider-man, homecoming movie" she explains and everyone giggled "so long story, short, watch the spider man movies or tommy will roast you" she ends and everyone laughs at the face she makes
"umm...i don't think we had anything like that, have you?" david says going back to the question then looks at catherine
"no, do you mean from doctor who?" catherine says then asks as she was a little confused
"anything!" the lady shout and catherine lifts her hands up
"oh, good cause i wouldn't be able to tell you" catherine says and everyone chuckles "umm...doctor" she says and smiles as every smiles too "i say that a lot" she adds
"DONNA!" david shouts and everyone laughs "i shouted that a lot, DONNA!" he says and shouts and everyone chuckles
"in captian america, the winter soldier, i call nick fury, nicolas t furious with da t being da so nicolas da furious" emily says and she giggles making the audience laugh "it's his wrestling persona" she adds smiling and everyone laughs making her laugh
david and catherine then went on about the bit in partners in crime where they were miming to each other when the doctor and donna finally see each other then it went onto the next question which was a girl
"hi what's your name and question?" the host says and emily was starting to get annoyed with his voice
"hi, my names tyler and i was wondering, if you ever giving a fan your number when you liked what they do?" the girl says and both david and catherine looked confused
"so you're asking, if someone has come up to us and went 'uh, before you go, can i just get your number?'," catherine sayd and everyone laughs
"umm, no...not yet...but i'm here saturday and sunday, that's all i'm saying!" david says and everyone laughs
"john barrowman has!" a man shouts and both david and catherine scoff
"john will always do that" catherine says making everyone chuckle "he will drop his pants...gets you to take a picture...and then gives you his number!" she adds and everyone laughs
"yeah, he's a bit of a bit of a flirt, he's not shy" david says seriously and everyone chuclkles at his facial expression
"vell...i haven't but i tink it cuz i'm a shy introvert...like somebody else i know" emily says and thinks of sebastian as he's a bit of a shy introvert too as they are related
the audience agree with emily about the shy introvert and then it goes onto the next question
"hi what's your question?" the host says and the lady shuffles a little
"hi, my question is for emily and it's, if your character in marvel met killgrave, what will she do?" the lady asks and emily thinks
"umm...i-vell first off, i would be immune to his demands as i'm really stubborn" emily says then giggles and everyone chuckles "and umm...i would probably convince him to be a police officer cuz if he was, da police will have such an easier tim with criminals if he was on board, he would tell da criminals to put his hands up and drop to da ground and he would do it! no fuss and da police will be 50% more useful" she says and david thought it was a great idea
the lady thanked emily and the next question is from a man
"hello, what's your name and question?" the host says and the man coughs
"my name is (name here) and i was wondering if you guys have seen the disney afternoons?" the man asks and david and catherine look puzzled
"no, i don't think we've had" david says and emily flies over to him "i think it's because we-" he adds then emily paps his shoulder with her paw
"friend...i'm sorry to say dis but...you are...old!" emily says then howl-shouts and the audience gasp "i know, it's sad" she adds and paps her friends shoulder again before going back onto her chair
"jesus christ!" catherine says shocked and everyone laughs
"i know, this is what we get for bring born in the 80s" david says sounding disappointed and made everyone giggle "and when i was young, our tv only showed 2 and a half channels so if a kids show came on, that was like a jackpot!" he adds and emily with the audience laugh
"i appeared in the late 90s and i never watched disney afternoons, i watched a lot of shows on the disney channel but i never watched it,i didn't even know it exsisted till i found youtube" emily explains and everyone nods
"hello, what's your name and question?" the host says and david points to the audience
"he didn't like our answer" david says to catherine sounding disappointed
"he's wondered off" catherine says also disappointed and everyone giggles
the next question was from a man and it was to david, he asked him on why his crowley character is similar to his doctor
"are you asking me on why i play all my characters the same?" david says looking offended and everyone laughs
"ooo! he's totally disrespecting you, doctor!" catherine says and everyone laughs at her
"to be fair, da man has point" emily says pointing to the man and david gasps
"what do you mean?!" david says offended and emily giggles
"vell, you do dis thing...where except you playing a character...it's more like, what will happen if the character was played by you" emily explains and david pulls a face "as da man said, you seem to play yourself in different roles and except for the doctor, you even have the same voice, i can recognise it's you from a mile away as your voice is so recognisable" she adds and everyone agrees with her
"i can't believe this, i am being judged by my friend emily" david says jokingly and everyone chuckles
"you are! yep! but that what friends do, judge each other" emily says and she giggles
david smiles while emily giggles and catherine nudges his arm
"so, are all your characters the same?" catherine asks jokingly after she nudges david's arm
"well...i guess i do" david says still surprised by emily's statement
emily snickers and this make everyone chuckle, it then went ti the next person and it was a lady
"hi, my question is for emily, i was wondering that since you know tom hiddleston-" the lady says and emily cuts her off
"reah, he's me dad, if you didn't know which you should if you know me" emily says and she giggles quietly
"well, i was wondering, if there was any marvel character that he likes to work with in the future?" the lady says and emily smiles with a little giggle
"funny thing, he did tell me da other day and he gave me his top 4, you'll never guess what dey are" emily says with a smile with her tongue sticking out "and since you won't, i will tell you *giggles*" she says and giggles making everyone laugh "ok, ok, anyvay, starting off, his number 4 was...da wakandans *cheer*, his number 3 was...doctor strange *cheer*, you know, cucumber, cuz dey are friends and stuff, his number 2 was...spooder man *cheer*, tommy holland, you know, da 3rd spooder man in da spooder man line and den lastly...da person dat dad wants to work with in da future in da marvel universe is..." emily says and she was then cut off by catherine
"the pizza man!" catherine says and everyone laughs
"da-da pizza man?!" emily says suprised then giggles "no, not pizza man" she says shaking her head "anyvay, his number one is...da winter soldier! *big cheers*, you know, seddy!" she says happily and the crowd cheer happily "his anti-hero buddy!" she adds remember what tom called him and sebastian at the press conference
"and one more question before i pats it on...well" the lady says and emily gets confused
"vhat?" emily says and the lady tell her to go over to her
she does and the lady whispers to her
"is it true that tom and sebastian are together?" the lady whispers and emily giggle-laughs
"reah, it's true, 100%" emily replies whispering and the lady gets happy "dey've been together for...over 20 years now, dat reminds me, it's deir 20th wedding anniversary next year" she adds still whispering and the lady nods with a grin on her face
she then flies back to her chair as the lady walks away and both david and catherine look at her wondering what the lady said to her
"oh, it's nothin', nothin' bad anyvay" emily says waving it off and both david and catherine shrug before it was the next question
the next question is from a man and he asks david what it was like working with elizabeth sladen
"oh, i was besides myself" david says seriously and a lady from the crowd cuts in
"did she give you her number?!" the lady shouts and david became smug as the crowd laughs
"...she knew not to" david says and emily giggles
"reah, she knew he was too much of a man child to give her number to" emily says and she giggles
david then explains about how in awe he was of elizabeth when he saw her for the first time and he was very weirded out when she was calling him doctor, catherine also says that she remembers sarah-jane and she barely watched doctor who as a kid, when they were finished, the crowd cheers when emily says to cheer for sarah-jane and then it went to the next question
"hi, my name is dash and i was wondering-" the lady says and she was cut off by emily
"vait! dash? like rainbow dash? from my little pony?" emily asks and the lady laughs "i love dat show but it's now over! aaa!" she adds sad that the show finished after 9 series "anyvay continue" she says waving her paw
the lady then went on about her bakery for special needs people and then asks david sometime about good omens, david replies but emily wasn't listening as she was thinking, after the question, the lady went on about her bakery and then it was time for the next question
"hi, my 2 question is for emily, first question is, are you excited to be doing the loki tv series? and 2, are there any deleted scenes that were cut from endgame?" a lady asks and emily smiles happily
"yes! i'm super excited to start recording the loki tv series and i tink we start recording in october" emily says as she thinks about it and everyone cheers "along side the recording of da falcon and da winter soldier which me and tom are also a part of so we have to juggle a little and wandavision" she says happily "and for deleted scenes...oh! yeah, there is one...*little giggle*, there was dis one scene where after da battle with thanatos, da falcon and da winter soldier are walkin' passed a lake with a giant wind propeller in da lake, sam den asks rucky for a pack of gum...and den bucky punched sam in da face, sam then go toward the wind propellar and den he flys off like a fly...into space! and den rucky walks off goin' 'it's my sheild now!' with a smug grin on his face" she explains and everyone laughs making her giggle-laugh "that's what seddy told me as well as some others anyvay so, reah" she finishes and giggles quietly
the lady thanks emily and then it went to the next question, it was a lady and she asks the trio were they any goof up during the tv shows or movies that they did and both david and catherine started reminiscing about the past while emily just listens and giggles, they talked about how on a radio show the 3 of them went on in 2008 to promote doctor who series 4, barrowmen went in and decided to show his bottom half of himself and that caused people to complain when they didn't have to see it
"what they don't know is that i'm always naked in the radio" david says jokingly and everyone chuckles
the lady then accepts their answer and then it was another lady's turn, she asks the trio if they have difficulties learning their lines and if they ever sleep but david's hearing wasn't working with him
"friend! you are turning into...a old man! *gasp*" emily says and everyone gasps before laughing
"what did she say, though?" david says unsure what the lady said
"she said...is it difficult to learn lines and do you sleepy time?" emily says repeating the lady and david thinks
both david and catherine then talk about how learning lines are boring then go and talk about much ado about nothing where this guy didn't learn his lines after being replaces by someone who left last minute and as he didn't learn his lines, he was muddling up his senescence and cathrine left the stage 3 times and david tried to hold in his laughter, it was really funny to them and they weren't even sure if that man was still there to this day (8 years later as of 2019), after they finished, catherine sees people leaving and the host says that they were out of time so david with catherine bolts off stage and do a quick round of question till him, catherine and emily had to leave the stage
"i wish it was longer, should of made the panel an hour and a half" emily says and both david and catherine agree as they got behind the curtain
emily then says bye to david and catherine and she teleports back to tom's house where tom was waiting for her in the living room, emily then tell tom what happen while waiting to set off and then at 5pm, emily teleport herself and tom to san diago so they can sigh into the hotel and get ready for the san diago comic con.
