IRL - Birthday Boy!

Today was the 20th of may and it was a exciting day for jerma and ster as it was their son emile's first birthday, jerma was also 6 months pregnant at this point and he was going to do a baby shower and gender reveal for a stream in mid june with ster and emile, he also found out that his baby's due date is somewhere in late august while the official date of the wedding between him and ster will be on july 15th, anyway jerma gets out of bed first while ster still stayed in bed and jerma goes over to his waldrobe, he opens the waldrobe and takes out the bag of present for emile, he then takes them into the living room and puts them on the coffee table before going to check on emile, when jerma stick his head though the door to check on his son, he sees the almost one year old boy standing up in his cot and he smiles at jerma when he sees him.
"dada! dada!" emile says happily seeing jerma and jerma went over to him
"hi baby boy! do you know what day it is today?" jerma says in his baby voice as he was picking up emile "today is your birthday!" he add happily and emile squeaks happily while flaying his arms
even though emile had no idea what jerma was talking about, he was happy that jerma was happy and he sits in jerma's arms as jerma walks out of the room, jerma takes emile into the living room and places him on his baby mat on the floor by the tv, jerma goes over to the present and he sees a half asleep ster standing in front of the bedroom door
"hi steven~" jerma says happily as he goes over to ster and gives him a kiss
"hi jeremy~" ster replies after the kiss and he then looks over at emile "and if it isn't the birthday boy!" he adds as he goes over to his son
emile giggles happily as ster picks him up and throws him in the air a little, jerma smiles at ster and emile on how cute they were together and then ster puts emile down back on the baby mat, ster then notice the bag of presents on the table and goes over to them.
"*gasp* look what we have here?! are these presents for the birthday boy?" ster says as he takes out a presents and holds it in front of emile "looks like it is as it has his name on the label and it looks like it's from your auntie! shall we open it and see what you got?" he adds still in his baby voice and opens the present for emile
ster and emile open emile's birthday presents together and he got a lot of stuff from personalised blue teddy bear with emile's name on the right foot, a small blue bike that emile can push around with his feet, a baby activaty table, a toy car set, a activity cube, some musical toys and a little ball pit with some plastic balls, emile loved all the toys and he tried to play with all of them before he had to go have a wash and have breakfast, jerma was sitting on the sofa while ster and emile opened the presents and he recorded the present opening on his phone so he can sent it to his family and future in laws, as jerma was recording, he felt the baby inside of him moving and kicking him so he had to put his free hand on his bump to calm the baby down which it did for a while but then got kicky again after ster had opened all the presents, jerma realises that the baby was kicking due to them being hungry and he had to eat to calm them down, he then started to get his craving and with this baby, they seem to like donuts while when he was having emile, he seems to like chocolate chip cookies and oreos.
"i think that's all-wait, i don't remember seeing this present in the bag, who's it from?" ster says about to pack up the bag when he spots another present in the bag that he knew wasn't there before
he pulls out the present from the bag and sees it was wrapped in my little pony G4 wrapping paper, he then looks at the mlp tag on the present and smiles to see who it was from
"it's from emily! how did she get the present in the bag?" ster says happily and then confused
"she used her magic obviously, open it and see what it is" jerma says and ster nods
he opens it and inside the wrapping was a fluffy blue baby blanket with emile's name on it, emile saw the blanket and he stretched out his hands wanting it, ster handed emile the blanket and he started snuggling it while hugging it, both jerma and ster look at each other then smile at each other before smiling at emile who was still hugging yhr blanket like his life depended on it
"well, looks like this is the best present" ster says as he stands up taking the now empty bag with him "i put this in the bag draw and then start the bath for emile" he adds and walks off to the kitchen
when ster was gone, jerma grabs his phone from the pocket of his new dressing gown that ster got for him as a valentine's day gift and he goes to emily on his messages
'emily?' jerma says to emily and he didn't wait long for emily to text back
'yey!' emily replies with a 😋 emoji
'thanks for the birthday gift for emile, he really loves it' jerma says and he gets a 😁 emoji from emily
'aww it's nothing, i just thought that as i have a blankey that i love then he can have a blankey he can love too' emily says happily then explains which made jerma smile
'well, he certainly loves it, look' jerma says and sends a picture to emily of emile hugging the blanket
'i knew he would! aww!' emily replies and sends a 🥰 emoji
'well, better go and make emile his breakfast, talk soon' jerma says in his text
'ok, see ya later, jermaine!' emily replies and sends a 👋 emoji
jerma then gets up from the sofa with a bit of difficulty and he heads to the kitchen to make emile and ster their breakfast while he chows down on some donuts, the rest of the day went great for emile, he went to the park with ster, jerma and otto, he then played in the playground for a while, he then went to see his grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins on both sides and then the day ended with playing with his new toys at home with his parents before going to bed at 8pm.
