I have been manipulated by people who
have promised me bouquets of flowers,
but left me with thorns.
My kindness has been taken
advantage of and, it has taken
a me a while to notice.
People have played with my emotions
and showed me their true intentions.
I have been filled to the brim with their
love, but they have always asked for
favours in return.
Once people see your magic, they do
just about anything to snatch it away.
Learn to recognise who is genuine and
who is fake.
Do not give your flowers to just
anyone.
Sometimes your biggest manipulator
can be someone who is close to your
heart.
