Lucien's POV

Fuck, I'm nervous. My heart is racing

I didn't know it was possible but I swear every time I look at her or even think about her, my love for her grows even more

"We're almost home Orchid. You ok? You seem to be lost in thought?" She says and rubs my cheek

We were on our way back to my house. I'd taken her out for dinner.

I ended up eating her out in the washroom but anyways.....back to current events

"Yeah Cheesecake, I'm good. I was just lost in my thoughts.' I reply and kiss her temple

"What're you thinking about?" She enquires

"You'll find out soon" I reply

"Is that so?" She replies

"That....is so." I reply and peck her lips

I would've deepened the kiss but we pulled up in front my house

I exit the car and quickly open her door for her

After she exits, a driver takes the car to park it and we enter our home

She starts moving towards the stairs to go to our room but I stop and tell her to follow me

"Where you taking me?" She asks

"You'll see" I reply and she hums in response

I lead her to a ballroom that I had built.

Why did I build a ballroom? Cause I didn't know where else to do what I'm gonna do so I decided to build a place to do it...

"Oh the ballroom" she says as we come to a stop in front of it

"Close your eyes." I tell her

She opens her mouth to protest but I quickly intervene

"Trust me babe" I say and she complies, closing her eyes

I go behind her and lead her into the room

"Ok, you can open your eyes now." I say

"OH MY GOOD BABE, ITS SO PRETTY. I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU DID THIS." she exclaims

I had the entire room decorated with flowers. The main two were roses and of course orchids

I don't mean to brag but my ballroom looked gorgeous...like a scene straight from a Disney movie. Hundreds of flowers decorated the walls and pillars

I take out the ring box from my pocket and get on my knee. I open the box, showing off the custom diamond ring that I had made for her

I remember when she almost found out due to a slip of the tongue from Gio when I went for my mom's birthday gift but I managed to save the day

"This is absolutely beautifu-" Celine says, turning around she stops and her hand flies to her mouth when she sees me

"I know we didn't have the best start to our relationship but a lot has changed obviously. I mean we went from trying to kill each other to secret intimate moments to straight up being in love. I love you with all my heart, soul and body and I know that you're my other half, my soulmate. So with that said, Celine Lavigne, will you marry me?" I conclude with a smile

"YES YES YES, I'LL MARRY YOU." She replies, wiping tears

I slide the ring on her finger and embrace her passionately.

Maybe a tear or two slipped from my eyes.....

"I love you too Orchid" she says, looking  up at me with a smile

"I love you Cheesecake" I tell her before claiming her lips in a passionate kiss

Who could've guessed that falling in love with my ex-enemy would be the best thing to ever happen to me?

Celine Lavigne, you changed my life from the moment we first bumped into each other over 11 years ago

And I'll spend the rest of our lives together making it up to you.
