Danny's POV:

I walk into school and was mugged by the football team welcoming me back.I missed them all.School is here and I'm going to make a bang!I got Dylan by my side,the boys behind me.Im going to be unstoppable.

Dylan's fingers interlocked with mine as we walked,hand in hand down the hall.

"Yo!Which rock have you been living under?" Aidan yelled ,putting his arm over my shoulders.

"You know," I chuckled.

"I don't know,"

"So!Captain!" Robbie questioned.

I turned my head to the back and look at the football team.

"Captain?"I buzzed.

"You led us to the highest we have ever gotten!We all kinda agreed that you have to be captain!" Brennan walked up.

"Glad to see you are doing better,captain," hugging him quickly.

"Captain?I ought to say that about you,captain," he joked.

I know what you are thinking!I have sickle cell and I'm playing football!I've made it this far,nothing is going to stop me.I just need to remember my limits and I'll be fine.

Jared's POV:

Everything is pretty much the same,I got the same schedule and classes as Eli and Danny.Perfect time to execute my plan.During free period.

Free period,Danny,Eli and I head to the basketball court.

"How are you feeling Danz?" Eli questioned.

"A one!" She cheered,dribbling the basketball.

"On for some basketball?" I asked.

"On like donkey kong!" She yelled.

Eli had to finish some homework he sat out of this game.Perfect.

We started playing and Danny took the lead ,having a lot of 2 pointer shots.Time for action!

She began dribbling and laughing.

"Look,I'm winning and just give up now!" She chuckled.

"Not yet,"

She started to move forward and I continued to block her.Soon,lifted up my shirt to show my abs.I caught her staring at them and grabbed the ball and slammed dunked it.

"Like em" I asked.

"I'm dating your brother," she replied.

"So?Look,you can get in on a lot more!"

She shook her head and walked away from me.

"Why can't I get a woman?" I whined.

"You aren't Dylan," Eli sighed.

"You are taking his side!You're my brother!"

"I'm his brother too,"

"I'm your twin brother,"emphasizing on the twin.

"Doesnt mean I always have to side with you,"

"You are impossible!"

"And you don't have a girlfriend,"

"Shut up," shoving the ball into his chest.

I just walked away .I need another plan.

I walked down the hallway,I saw a familiar face,Ryder.Eventhough he is a complete dung beetle,I could use him!
