Like the mountain that remains balanced and on top.

Like the seaside where waves fight strong and clear.

Like the waterfalls that show stability, luck, and overflowing emotions.

Like the snow that shows unexpectedly but never fails to amaze.

Like the forest that cages its wonders and still gives curiosity and excitement.

Tell me, why is it that they connect to each other and focus on one thing?

————

Where am I? I couldn't feel anything.

My eyes fluttering open, I couldn't help but see that I laid in a valley of sunflowers for quite some time now. There wasn't anyone for miles. It was too quiet. Almost as if I'm the only one here.

Calm down, maybe that's not the case.

I tried reassuring myself but it almost sounded like I was lying to myself at this point.

Standing up, I noticed how most of the flowers were huge compared to my height. To be honest, I didn't really see any way out. Dusting off my pants and sweater from the dirt, I tried calling the name of my friends.

But it seems that they didn't hear me. I don't even know if they were here.

"If this is a prank, I swear, this isn't funny!" I yelled, hoping I could reach out to someone.

But, no one answered.

The field goes on and on by the time I pushed the flowers away. I need to get out. But I don't know how to. Yet, I know for sure that I couldn't just stand here and wait. Who knows? It might take me until nighttime if I just stay.

"If I'm in a dream, I need to wake up, now." I couldn't help but ruffle my hair exasperatedly as I kept walking in a straight direction. I thought that it would be best to try and reach somewhere and maybe I would end up where the restaurant was earlier.

Though, the moment I tried to look for the end, the more hopeless I was.

It was endless. Maybe I'm walking in a loop even.

"I can't believe I even got here," I mumble to myself before looking around. I tried pinching my cheeks, my eyes widened at the sudden thought.

I was stuck. And now I'm sure as hell I'm not dreaming.

"Pretty right?" I heard someone's voice right behind me and I couldn't help but glare at the person — who had his hands on his waist, a smirk plastered over his face.

His dark brown hair blew with the wind, a bit messy but that just enhanced the look he had. Brown eyes cast in my direction, the smirk never leaving as he then fixed his white collar and apron.

"You." I wanted to actually punch his shoulder right now but he is the only one who knows how to get in and out of this place. So, I had to contain myself from doing so. This time, I forced a smile on my lips and faced him. "I guess you know the way out, considering you put me here."

"Hope you didn't miss the restaurant too much." His smirk was then replaced with a frown when he saw that I tried walking back to where he came from. He followed shortly, telling me where the door he came in was.

Our height difference made it even easier to catch up with me.

"What even is this place?" I tried asking and he only shrugged.

"Take a lucky guess."

"You decorated the whole room with flowers?" A raised eyebrow and a teasing gaze were thrown at me this time. "If it is, you've got a lot of time in your hands."

He stopped and gave me a funny look. "What? No, it's eternity. Your guess was too far from what I expected."

"The eternity?"

"Well, most of us call it Paradise."
