The FBI took the Glanders/Scorchers away from the land the fought so much for, but even that, it was only a simulation.
All of them went separate ways.
They found their "families", but they knew they weren't at home, they wanted someone able to understand their fears, problems and regrets...
Thomas regretted not keeping everyone together.
Newt regretted being a burden when they had to save Minho.
Minho regretted being so weak for getting taken.
Aris regretted not being brave enough.
Frypan regretted not telling Gally how he felt.
Gally regretted killing Chuck, even if it wasn't exactly him.
Sonya regretted not knowing that Newt was her brother sooner.
Harriet regretted letting all of the group B, except for her, Sonya and Aris, die.
Brenda regretted trusting ( and loving ) Teresa.
Teresa regretted betraying the Glanders/Scorchers, but mostly letting Brenda and Thomas down.
Jorge regretted not being able to protect Brenda.
Vince regretted letting Mary die.
Now they were separated, far away from one another...or were they?

Here's the timeline of the events:
Before hight school:
All the Glanders and Scorchers ( -Thomas ) gets kidnapped.
Freshman year:
Season 1 of teen wolf
Sophomore year:
Season 2 and 3 of teen wolf
Stiles gets kicked out of the pack
Junior year:
Thomas gets kidnapped, the simulation lasts a year, but for him it was 3 years, two years and 9 months fighting wicked, 3 months in the safe heaven.
Senior year:
The Glanders/Scorchers come back to their families.
The puppy pack isn't going to be there sorry, and the people who died in the simulation died in the real life ( sorry ).
