With your favorite songs playing in the background and your favorite hobby laid out in front of you the hours flew by with every stroke of your pencil. You were in the zone and nothing could distract you from trying to delicately sketch the outline of an eye in your notebook. That didn't last long because soon you heard the sound of the floor creak from the opened door behind you.

You knew Harry was standing there in the doorway to try to get your attention but you had to shield him out. You had an assignment due on Friday and it was already Thursday afternoon.

With a few more strokes of your pencil you had almost the entirety of the upper eyelid finished but you were quickly thrown off guard when Harry began to talk to you.

"Hey Y/N," he said softly. You knew he didn't want to disrupt you but he couldn't help himself. That was just Harry.

You flipped your pencil around and erased a few stray marks you had made and then swiped the eraser marks from the page with your hand all while trying to answer Harry. "Yes Harry?" You stated.

"This is going to sound really stupid but could you possibly teach me how to uh, draw?" He said softly and with such a sweet smile it made you want to throw your book across the room and kiss his cute little face.

You knew you couldn't do that but you figured that teaching him how to draw wouldn't hurt because you could work on your project while doing so.

You bit down on your lower lip and began, "It's kind of hard to explain how to draw when I've never seen how you actually draw." You lifted up the page you've been working on and ripped out a clean sheet. While pulling an extra pencil out from your pencil case you watched as Harry's eyes grew lost in your work. "I'll have to evaluate." You teased and he smirked but soon got distracted as usual.

"Wow," he began as he flipped the page back and looked at the crisp lines you drew and the details you incorporated into the eye you've been working on. "This is beautiful, but not as beautiful as you." He said with a smirk and you shook your head at his cheesy line.

"Hey loverboy," you began and handed the pencil to Harry who soon began to tap the eraser on the paper you gave him. "Try to draw a simple flower." He nodded and began to draw the most uneven flower known to man. You had to choke down your laughter as his eyebrows furrowed in focus as he carefully tried to make the petals equal. Despite his best efforts in the end he was left with a slightly deformed but massively adorable flower with a blob (or as he liked to call it a bee) hovering above it.

You held the paper up and examined it all while trying not to laugh, "Well at least you're cute." You teased and he chuckled.

"That bad huh?" He said between chuckles.

You nodded and said, "my three year old cousin can draw better."

"Does your cousin happen to be a prodigy?" He said with a smug smirk.

"Ha-ha. Nice try. Grab your pencil again and try it over but this time make it look like a flower and not a deformed stick with misshapen petals." Harry laughed as he pressed the pencil to the paper and tried his best not to end up with a repeat of last time.
