The Warning

"She's late", Link thought, his eyes looking around at the soldiers, "The King was present, probably wasn't likely that she could get past", King Rhoam was giving a speech to the soldiers present, but Link tuned him out, his eyes looking toward a certain window in Hyrule Castle, "probably fell asleep in the library, again", Link couldn't help but smile a bit before listening to The King

(Meanwhile, Hyrule Castle)

"Sis, are you in here", Zelda called out, entering the library, many books were scattered on a table, behind them, lied Kate, asleep while sitting down, hunched over the table, arms under her head.

"Kate, wake up", Zelda said, lightly shaking her sleeping sister

"Five more minutes, please", Kate mumbled, burying her head in her arms, Zelda sighed, a small smile appearing on her face, closing a large book, she them picked it up and dropped it on the table with a loud thud, causing Kate to shoot up

"I'm up, I'm up, I'm up", Kate stated, fast, later looking at Zelda who couldn't hold her laughter back anymore

"Not funny, Zelda", Kate groaned

"I did try and wake you", Zelda stated as Kate got up

"What time is it", Kate asked

"Noon", Zelda said as Kate's eyes widened

"Oh-no, I'm late", Kate said, right before she could run out of the library, Zelda quickly grabbed her wrist

"I wouldn't, not today, Father's out there observing the battle, if you were to go out there now or before, you would've been caught", Zelda explained as Kate sighed, looking out at the battlefield

"Really looking forward to that one", Kate muttered, Zelda later looked around the room for someone

"Sis, where's your wolf friend", Zelda asked

"He's gone, he found another wolf he wanted to be with, and I let him go", Kate explained

"I'm sorry", Zelda said, placing her hand on her shoulder

"It's alright, who knows, I might see him again or I might not, only time will tell", Kate stated as then an earthquake hit Hyrule, alerting the sisters

"An earthquake", Zelda asked

"What's going on", Kate asked herself as the two sisters looked out the window, only to see towers rising from the ground, "Am I still asleep or did a tower rise from the ground",

"It rose from the ground", Zelda stated

"Looks like the battle's clearing out, come on, let's go check them out", Kate said

"Don't forget, we also have to see Impa", Zelda reminded as Kate nodded her head, "Oh, Kate, thank you for helping me with my research",

"You know I'll be there for you, even if I get into trouble, I'll always make time for you", Kate reassured as Zelda smiled and nodded her head as the two ran out of the library and to the front gates, the soldiers were returning, Link and Impa were walking up, side-by-side, a Sheikah Slate in Impa's hands, a smile appearing on their faces when they saw the two.

"You made it, we're glad you're safe, Impa", Zelda said as Link knelt down

"Yes, your highnesses, and I've received one Sheikah Slate from Purah", Impa stated

"Link, you don't have to bow", Kate said, helping him up

"I'm just a soldier, kinda have to", Link stated,

"You're more than a soldier, sorry I didn't show up", Kate said

"It's alright, you probably wouldn't have gotten past your father", Link said, not long after, the small Guardian ran toward everyone, only to be caught by Link
