Last night was amazing and I had so much fun. I went to bed late just thinking about it.
Today was Sunday though and I had absolutely nothing to do.
I was just sitting in the living room, petting Kit on the couch.
"Hey Bee, wanna gang out?" I asked her but she looked dressed up and gave me an apologetic look.
"Lo siento, I'm going on a date today!" She grinned and skipped out of the house. It was probably the veggie market guy.
"Oh, ok have fun!" I grinned and looked around the house. No one was home, they never were. Not even Abuela.
I groaned and face planted onto the couch but then shot right up when I heard a knock.
"Madelyn, Rosie?" The girls were standing outside my door with with big smiles.
"Hola, hurry up we're having a sleepover!" They yelled and I laughed, jogging upstairs and into my room, peeking into Manuel's room slightly before, to see that he was still home...studying.
I stuffed a bunch of random things in a bag, including clothes and my toothbrush, out my necklace on and then ran back outside to walk to Madelyn's house.
Her parents were out for the weekend so she had the whole place to herself.
They didn't mind her being alone because she lived in such a safe neighbourhood.
"Mirabel should be here soon." Rosie said and smiled, walking into the house and sitting on the couch.
"Wow, nice house." I said, looking around at the interior, it was two story and slightly bigger than ours but a lot more spacious inside.
"Gracias." She grinned, she had set up a few mattress type things on the floor so there was a lot of room to sleep.
There were couches that surrounded the beds so you could either sleep on the couch or the floor.
I put my bag on one of the kitchen chairs and then sat down on the couch with Rosie.
As if on cue, we heard a knock and Madelyn let Mirabel inside.
"Hola." She grinned and sat down with us.
"Ok, I have a lot planned." Madelyn said and went over to the kitchen to put some music on, "let's get this party started bitches!" She yelled and I laughed.

We had a bunch of snacks already out. Chips, lollies, chocolate, soft drinks, a whole shop basically, in her kitchen.
We had already eaten half of it by the time it had reached seven o'clock.
"Madelyn, let me braid your hair!" I yelled over the music and she nodded, walking over and sitting ignorant of me on a mattress, as I sat on the couch.
