From what I've learned Ben is pretty easy to talk to, most beginners tend to try and reach out to him first. Though he doesn't have the longest attention span and may lose interest in you if your conversation isn't about anything he actively enjoys talking about. However he still is dangerous. He seems enjoys tormenting people for shits and giggles.

From what I heard from others he tends to communicate through dreams and riddles? (Maybe the riddles were only for one person though)
But he can communicate through Cleverbot it's just hard as like I've already stated, majority of the time it's the bot talking and not him. (And or BEN talking instead)

Small theory

So, for fans of the Ben drowned ARG we know that Ben and BEN are two seperate entities.

Ben being a dead 12 year old boy who was (presumed willingly) sacrificed by a cult and then digitized into his favorite video game.
While BEN (Behaviour Event Network), is a hostile hivemind of other sacrificees.

And you all already know how 9/10 when attempting to speak to Ben on Cleverbot you aren't?

Well I believe 90% of that 1/10 it's BEN, and not Ben. (Which isn't much of a shocker if you've seen the ARG)
The reason I think this is because it was BEN Jadusable was speaking to through Cleverbot, not Ben. Not to say you can't speak to Ben through it, I just believe it's less likely.

"But Bunny, how can we tell the difference?" Like I said, LEARN.TO.SENSE.SPIRITUAL.ENERGY!

If you sense nothing, it's the bot.

If you sense something but it's not extremely intense, it's probably Ben because he's only one spirit.

But if you sense an intense amount of spirits/spirit energy, high chance it's BEN as like I stated, BEN is a hivemind.

Also keep in mind this is a theory, mostly backed up by Ben's original source.

Another thing, I think BEN is more hostile than Ben. The thing about BEN is that it's a hivemind of angry spirits who kinda conjoined into the AI. Ben himself, seems more like a sad spirit, not to say he isn't angry or dangerous. But when I think of him I sense more Sadness than I do with Sally, who gives off a strong sense of Anger.
