I had to double check the blue prints before we both left in the taxi.

To get through the basements, we had to enter around the back of the enterprises. Taylor was almost convinced that we were going to a new club hangout.

Little did she know.

I had to tell her everything on our way as quiet as I could and Taylor was completely calm through it all but as soon as I finish she slaps my arm.

"Ouch!"

"You idiot! Why are we going there when we should be doing the opposite and staying away from him! You're so stupid!"

"Hey!" I frown at her as the taxi stops outside around the back. "It's too late we're here."

"God I wish Kevin was here!" Taylor scowls to herself.

"Why isn't he?"

"I don't know." She pouts. "He hasn't picked up his phone."

I frown. "Strange."

"Yeah it is."

I pay for the fare and step out of the car. Taylor is behind me immediately as I approach the two bouncers outside.

Without even questioning us, they step aside and I look at Taylor and raise my eyebrow.

"Well that was easy." I mumble to Taylor.

"We shouldn't be here!" Taylor scowls.

I wave it away. "It's fine. We'll just blend in."

Just like the blue prints had said, this was most definitely a strip club. Taylor wasn't exactly impressed with me, but after going through a few doors we entered a more appropriate club that Taylor enjoyed more than I wanted her.

"We're not here to have a good time!" I say to Taylor as she stops by the bar to order a drink.

"Well I am!" Taylor scowls. "You brought me here. So I'm going to make use of myself and buy me a drink. Do you want one?"

I hesitate and gaze around to find where we are. There's an elevator across the room and I nod.

"Just a shot." I mumble.

The bartender is immediately making Taylor's drink as she orders and places the shot down in front of me.

I look at Taylor and Taylor raises an eyebrow.

"To psychotic bosses who owns secret brothels." She raises her glass and I pull a face.

"This isn't a brothel."

"Just clink glasses." She rolls her eyes.

I clink my shot glass to hers and take it down in one go.

Wincing slightly, I place the shot glass down and grab Taylor's wrist before waving my way around the crowds of dancing people.

The third and fourth basements are the only places I wanted to see. I don't care about anything else.

I watch a few people walking in, some drunk, others paired with another guy.

"What are we doing?" Taylor yells in my ear over the music.

"We need to get in that elevator."

Taylor frowns. "There's bouncers there though."

"I know." I mumble annoyed. "Stay here."

"No! I don't want to stay here by myself."

I sigh. "Just for a few minutes. It's okay. They won't let you in."
